Christopher Sassmann Residential Remodeling

After much research, interviewing of contractors, and obtaining quotes, we decided to use the services of Chris Sassmann for a complete kitchen renovation. A friend was working with Chris on another Oreland kitchen, so we were able to check out his work and to meet him. From the start, we knew we would work well with Chris' personality. Our renovation experience certainly proved that point! He was approachable and extremely knowledgeable. We had great communication throughout the process; Chris explained his thoughts and game plan each step of the way. His team of Chris and Kylan were fantastic. All three of them were very respectful of our home/kids/family personal living space, limiting dirt/dust, and cleaned up each night. My wife was very appreciative of this! Chris and his team were very efficiently, but did not rush just to get things done. They performed top-notch work with much attention to detail. They did not cover things up just to save time. They are very professional, punctual, and stayed late, if needed, to meet deadlines. They went the extra mile to ensure things were done properly. In fact after removing multiple layers of laminate and plywood, they found asbestos tiles. Chris could have just covered it up, but rather he informed me that we needed a specialist to remove them in order to stick with the plans. I understood that this would set us back a few days and it also meant that Chris would be "losing money" since time is money in the contracting business, but Chris did the right/ethical thing. He said we cannot cut corners, especially when kids are involved. That alone says a lot about what kind of person Chris is. The electrician also took special notice of how Chris handled the situation. We are thrilled with our new fantastic kitchen. Chris and the guys worked their magic to have the kitchen done the day before Christmas eve in time for me to make our annual Seven Fishes dinner! I would definitely recommend Chris Sassmann.
