Choates General Contracting, Inc

Well the work that was to be performed was cement work on two adjoining properties and since the contractor did not come out and we were having problems with the neighbor, we decided to cancel the job. We contacted the CEO of the company who stated he would handle the problem and later we met him in his office. The CEO Darrell Choates stated he was about building relationships with his customers and offered to give us a Refund and hoped for us to use him in the future. Well, we waited for the Refund that never came and they would not return our calls or send us a letter to when the refund will come. Well now we are out of our deposit and if this is the way they build relationships with there customers, they are going about the wrong way. It is now November and still no Refund unfortunately, now we have to go the Legal route. Not a very honest company to do business with.
