+ -1 more.It is pretty close to the campus and downtown. It was convenient. My wife at the time worked at the campus so it was convenient for us. It is located in a very secure area. Convenience and safety are good but the apartments are like the outstations for the undergraduates of the campus. It was noisy and not particularly clean and they were run down. The space is small.
