These guys are fantastic, no reason to read further - just hire them We picked up the truck in the morning. A 5-person crew from Chaz showed up on time and ready to go. They started in the front of the house and were nonstop in clearing everything. Truck was packed strategically, and when I arrived at the new destination, nothing had moved. They were able to pack up my 4 BR 1 BA house with basement, drive 40 minutes to the new residence (grabbing lunch on the way) and completely unloading in less than 4 hours - I couldn't believe it! I've hear horror stories of self-moves taking much longer than expected and I also did not want to solicit friends and family ... again. They were completely affordable, and totally worth it.

Chaz and his men were very professional and careful with my items. They picked up the U-Haul truck for me and returned it. They finished the job so quickly. Chaz was very flexible. I had to change the date of the move and he did so without any problems and with short notice. I was very pleased with the service.

There were 4 guys, polite, courteous. Planned the loading and unloading very well. Excellent service. I have moved multiple times, but this was the best and smoothest transition I have had. Thank you

They did a great job. I will use them again to move stuff out of my basement to my storage unit and then form the storage unit to my home when I need it. They were on time. They were quick about their work. They were friendly. They did not break anything. They did not drop anything. People should consider when moving that they would need a huge truck and pay for it. They also need to pay for the professionalism of the moving team. I rented my small haul truck for $20 and these guys came to do the labor and ended up so much cheaper. That is the beauty and the difference you get from Chaz & Crew.

Now I know why Chaz & Crew are so highly recommended! The crew did an amazing job! They were extremely kind, professional, and efficient. They even showed up and got started a bit early, did not milk the time, and just charged for 2 hours. It was a very difficult move on a lot of narrow stairs, particularly at the new apartment where everything was brought into the back entrance from the fire escape. Even with it being that difficult, it was very clean. Everything brought up the fire escape didn't even touch the railing. The guys obviously do this for a living and worked out a system between them that was perfect. There were unfortunately some key pieces to an IKEA floor mirror lost, but I am not sure how or when they were lost, and I would not take it out on the crew. However, Chaz has still put time and effort into trying to locate the pieces and has even offered to find new pieces. I couldn't appreciate the service from these guys more. They are definitely a great way to go, and I would highly recommend them!

Best possible experience! Chaz was incredibly polite, accommodating and professional during set-up and confirmation calls. He and his crew arrived exactly on time and ready to work. He and he gentlemen were the nicest, most helpful, polite, and professional team - it is not possible to rave about them enough. No matter how heavy the item or challenging the task, their attitudes were cheerful, accommodating and just a pleasure to be around. And Chaz himself is a master packer! He fit the impossible into those POD's and is such a secure and well protected way that I have complete confidence all items will arrive it perfect condition. He and his team refused to give up and would not leave until they had done absolutely everything they possibly could to help us. Chaz & Crew get our highest possible recommendation.

These guys are AMAZING. I could not have asked for a better moving experience. I bought a $150 moving coupon for $100 from Angie's List for Chaz and Crew. They replied by email to set up an appointment. I called them several weeks later and arranged a time and date. They arrived on time. There were 4 guys total. Chaz said it would take about 2 hours to move everything. The total would be $225. With the coupon, it would be $75 additional. These guys went to work and kept moving stuff out of the basement. They always asked when in doubt as to what I wanted moved to where. All of the crew were EXTREMELY friendly and professional. They were VERY careful moving furniture and stuff. Everything was stacked neatly in the garage with a walking space to get in and out of the garage. They did an AMAZING job. I would hire these guys for any move that I make. They are THAT good.

The move went so smoothly, it was much quicker than I thought! They picked up my boxes and furniture from an apartment in Phila. and took some to a house in Montgomery County and the rest to a storage unit, so there was separating of boxes, bins, etc. They were GREAT! No issues at all.

They did an excellent job. Everything went fine and I have no complaints.

Everything went seamlessly thanks to Chaz and his crew. Chaz was able to pack my stuff within 11 feet instead of the 14 feet that I originally booked. I saved money by using less space. All my stuff arrived in good condition without any breakage.

These guys are amazing. Very professional AND responsive. My wife and I moved from the suburbs into the city. I got the moving truck and it turned out that we had a lot more stuff in the house then we thought. I literally called Chaz on Friday night at 9:30PM and asked him if he could help me the next morning at 11AM. By chance he said that his early move would wrap up around then and if I was a bit flexible on the time could do it. They arrived and knocked it out in a couple hours and my back was very thankful after a long night of packing. I would highly recommend.

Chaz arrived with his 4 person crew on time and worked for 7.5 hours with only a 30 min lunch break. All crew members worked really hard and were professional. I would definitely use them again.

These guys were extremely polite and professional, and they move quick. I have read horror stories about movers dragging their feet bc they get paid by the hour. Not these guys. 3 hours from the old place to unloading everything at the new place. Granted I had already moved everything that could fit in a car, and left them with just the heavy lifting. After the Angie's List coupon it only cost 350, and these guys worked hard so I chipped in an extra $100 in tip.

UNFORTUNATELY, I HAVE HAD TO MOVE SEVERAL TIMES AND TYPICALLY I RENT A UHAUL TRUCK AND FIND PEOPLE TO LOAD/UNLOAD THE TRUCK FROM CRAIGSLIST. MORE OFTEN THAN NOT, THE LOADERS I WOULD FIND WOULD BARELY DO ANY WORK (LEAVING ME TO LIFT A LOT OF THE ITEMS), SIT AROUND CHECKING THEIR PHONE AND/OR MAKING PHONE CALLS SUCH THAT I HAVE TO ENCOURAGE THEM TO KEEP DOING WORK. BASED ON THEIR REVIEWS ON THIS WEBSITE, I GAVE CHAZ & CREW A TRY. CHAZ WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND ACCOMMODATING IN REPLYING TO MY EMAILS AND TEXT MESSAGES TO ARRANGE A LAST MINUTE LOAD OF MY UHAUL TRUCK. AMAZINGLY THOUGH HE HAD AGREED TO SEND 3 GUYS FOR THE MOVE, HE ACTUALLY SENT 4 GUYS - AND FOR THE SAME PRICE. ETHE FOUR GUYS THAT DID MY MOVE WER THE BEST MOVERS I HAVE EVER HAD THE CHANCE TO WORK WITH. THE GUYS WERE ALL VERY FRIENDLY AND CONSTANTLY WORKED WITHOUT ME HAVING TO NAG THEM. OVERALL IT WAS AN AWESOME EXPERIENCE. I ONLY WISH THEY WOULD BE ABLE TO HELP ME UNLOAD MY TRUCK AT MY NEW PLACE IN ILLINOIS! WOULD RECOMMEND THEM WITHOUT HESITATION.

This was so great! I had some boxes and two heavy pieces in a uhaul truck that had to come into the house and two good sized pieces to go out to the truck to be delivered to my sister. The crew arrived as promised and made quick work of the job even though it involved also moving some items in the house. The followed me to my sister's and installed the pieces there. Everything about the move was perfect, for me, it was the best move ever! The crew was professional and quick and really nice to work with. They were a great group of guys and made a task that I had been dreading for months seem like a piece of cake. Thanks Chaz and your Crew, you made my day!

My son was at a loss to get a moving company on short notice (got notice of settlement on his first home purchase on Friday and had to be out on Monday). I found Chaz and crew and saw that they also did short notice moves. They responded back to my call almost immediately and were able to set the move up at a time that was good for us. We rented the truck and Chaz and crew did the rest. They arrived as scheduled, even a little early and worked non-stop until everything was cleared out, into the truck and delivered to the new condo. These guys were professional, courteous and careful with everything they moved. Their price was great, coupled with an Angie's List promotion. I would definitely use this company again and will recommend them to anyone in need of a moving company.

I reviewed several of the moving services on Angie's List. I chose Chaz and Crew Movers because they had very good reviews, and they were close to my town. I did not realize Chaz only provided labor and materials and that I had to get the truck myself. I cannot get the truck and for that reason I had to cancel the job. Chaz and Crew were very nice and accommodating with all our correspondence. They said to contact Angie's List directly for the $100 deposit refund.

Hey were great and went above and beyond, getting us set up and helping put things together. They asked where every item went to be sure we wouldn't have to carry things after the fact. They stayed very late and the price was really excellent.

I have called multiple times over a two day period and left messages about a quote but never received a call back. I think 48 hours for a call back is not too much to ask for, even if it's simply to say that they have no availability. I deem it very unprofessional.

The crew came on time and was completely professional and pleasant. Four men arrived, more than we paid for, and they had the entire job done in a little more than an hour. They treated my home like I would, removing bannisters to ensure they didn't damage anything trying to go down to our basement. When I walked through afterward, I barely had to touch up any paint, and there are a lot of tight corners they had to navigate with big furniture- pretty impressive. I would hire these men again in a second, and I fully recommend them.

These guys are AMAZING! We had 4 guys show up to move us out and then 4 more to move us in on another Saturday. It was about 90 degrees or higher on both days so it was tough weather for a move! They arrived on time and got right to work. They were very respectful and personable. They did a walk-through of the house so they could form a strategy on what items needed to be loaded in what order. They were extremely careful with all of our belongings and didn't scratch or dent anything. We didn't order a Zippy Shell that was large enough so we had to run out at the last minute to pick up a U-Haul. The guys offered to stay late to load the U-Haul for us, which was a huge relief!! On the move into our new place, they helped us load the U-haul at two separate houses (we were storing stuff at relatives' houses) and they even went out of their way to re-assembled a bed at my Grandmom's house! :) She still talks about it and how sweet they were. When they arrived at our new house, they were very efficient and put the boxes and furniture in all of the right rooms and also set up the beds and any other furniture that had to be taken apart for the move.

This was the third time we used Chaz and Crew to move. They make moving as simple as possible. They are always prompt, courteous, and very careful with our belongings. I have recommended them to many people and will use them again in the future. A++.

The guys were on-time, hard-working, and professional. (They worked from 10am to 3 or 4, and if they ate lunch, it must have been in the car on the way to the new house, because I never saw any of them stop for a break.) While my mom and I were outside the new house, directing them where to go with each box, one of the guys was thoughtful enough to bring my mom a chair so she could sit down. We hired them again a few weeks later to get some very heavy outdoor garden stuff that wasn't ready to go at the first move. (One of the men asked how my mom was -- she wasn't present at the second move. I thought that was a nice touch!) At that time, they also moved about 6 large pieces of furniture out to the curb (and then back inside again when we found a last-minute buyer!) They did not complain or roll eyes at the extra work we inadvertantly created for them. Overall, we were very happy with them.

He waived a couple of fees because I told him I found him on Angie's List. They did it all including the housecleaning. They really went beyond the expectations. Chaz, himself, actually came out. It was a plus actually having the boss come out. They actually stayed a little later so the pricing was great. They were prompt on their time. The guys were great and I would recommend them. They even took their shoes off when my they walked in my new apartment. They went beyond expectations.
