Movers were excellent! They moved all items in a quick yet safe manner. They were very friendly and I would definitely hire them again.

They moved three very heavy, bulky pieces of furniture up two flights of stairs. They were able to negotiate the tight turns up to the third floor, which, frankly, we did not think was possible. Hooray for Chaz & Crew! I didn't realize that the charge was for a two-hour minimum. If I had, I would have prepared for a couple more pieces to be moved. It took them less than an hour to complete the job. They were terrific! They didn't have to remove doors,and didn't scratch the paint on the woodwork. They were very skilled and efficient and strong! I will definitely hire them again.

Working with Chaz&Crew was easy. They confirmed the date and time I requested and arrived as promised. A three man crew worked quickly and carefully. They packed the 26 foot truck efficiently utilizing every available space while keeping the items safe and secure. In three hours we were off. The guys all were friendly and nice to work with! They didn't respond. I needed the work done yesterday. They didn't get back to me.

A 4 man team arrived and within one hour had the rest of the POD packed and had moved 2 large pieces of furniture down to the garage to make it easier for us to get them removed from house later. The team was polite and worked nonstop the entire time they were here. We would use them again. Great job!

They did what we needed to be done in a timely manner. They arrived on time and were polite and responsive.

This was my second time using Chaz and Crew and they were fantastic. They packed the contents of my storage unit and then drove to my parents' house, loaded up 9 pieces of furniture and moved some additional pieces around for my father, drove to my sister's house, unloaded some of the furniture and moved some additional pieces around, then drove to my house and unloaded the remaining and boxes. They were professional, courteous and did a fantastic job. I would absolutely recommend them again!

Chaz and his guys were great. I picked up the truck. They were on time and ready to go. All of the team introduced themselves. They went right to work and didn't stop til they were done. There were a few odd things that had to be dismantled or adjusted to fit into the new place. Chaz jumped right in and did what needed to be done. They did a great job fitting all our stuff in a truck that was probably one size too small. There were very few nicks on walls or on furniture. Less than you would expect with all the large pieces coming and going. I offered them drinks and a small snack which they were very appreciative of. It was a very hot day. In their chatting while working there was no bad language and no negativity. They seemed like happy, hard working friends. That's a nice group to have in your house. I'd recommend them.

Chaz and crew arrived on schedule. I anticipated a 3 member team to help me move ,but 5 me showed up (including Chaz). I gave them a quick walk through of our house to point out everything heading to the moving truck and they went right to work. They worked very quickly and efficiently. I was absolutely impressed with them. They came to the new house and unloaded while I directed where boxes and furniture should go. They finished 2 hours ahead of schedule. I was very happy with their service and whole whole wholeheartedly recommend them to others.

I have had very unpleasant experiences with movers in the past and was not exactly sure how this small job would work out. I was very pleased to find the movers extremely professional, friendly and and prompt. They did exactly what I asked and was promised. I highly recommend their services.

Chaz & Crew was very easy to work with. They scheduled the move at our convenience and brought more movers than they had promised, enabling them to move it in less time. They picked up a rental truck for me and dropped it off. The hours they charged were very reasonable. They even ran into traffic while driving the rental truck, delaying them by an hour or more, and didn't charge me for the extra time. They were very professional and respectful with my family and my stuff. They even handed my young children objects to carry into the house, and didn't seem bothered with the children being in the way. I would definitely use them again.

I used Chaz & Crew one time before and could not stop bragging about the company. This time around was not so good. I moved out of state and when we unloaded the truck the dinning room table was all scratched. The entertainment cabinet was also scratched. They are both beyond repair. Chaz moved me into the apartment so he knew I had just bought the furniture. I called to make a complaint and spoke with the assistant. I told her I wanted to speak with Chaz directly. I never heard back from him. This is very disappointing.

Chaz & Co. showed up with two people and a van. The van was clean and they had several blankets to protect the furniture. The guys were professional and courteous. I would recommend them.

The way the ad was written was not clear. The work I needed was going to cost more than the Big Deal offered. They messaged me that very first day that I purchased the BigDeal. Once I spoke with them, they informed me there were extra costs.

Chaz's crew of four men arrived on time and proceeded to move many things from place to place. They were polite, pleasant, efficient and cheerful. I asked them to move a very large and bulky piece of furniture in a very tight space, and they managed to do it without a scratch. I would definitely hire them again.

Movers arrived on time the day of the scheduled move. They were nice and professional guys. However, they were careless with our belongings and damaged/broke a lot of things. For example, one of our floor lamps is now bent beyond repair and I witnessed them hit a dresser into the side of the wall (damaging both the dresser and wall). They also took apart a ceiling light fixture (so as to not damage it while moving large pieces of furniture), promised to put it back together, and never did. Finally, they seemed to try to extend the time we were paying them to be around by dawdling at the end. We literally had to say to them that the move was over and practically had to kick them out. Unfortunately we were charged for the last 30 minutes that they were just standing around. Overall, it wasn't expensive and it got the job done, but in hindsight I wish that I would have used someone that would have been more careful with our belongings.

Supervised loading and fit all items on one loads. Stayed till all items were put back together in new location. All men were courteous and hard working.

Chaz was not with the crew but the crew arrived on time. They were very polite and professional. They were very careful with the fragile items that were moved. The crew all had on company attire and were very appropriately dressed. They were able to move my large treadmill from one point to another. Everyone was working and working together and they never stopped until the job was done. I plan on moving again in 3 years and I would definitely use Chaz and Crew again!

They did a great job. Four guys came, wrestled the furniture up and down stairs and stowed it neatly in the garage. It took only about 30 minutes, but it was work neither I nor any of my family could do so it was a great help. I think they would have been glad to do more for this minimum rate, but they accomplished what I needed done and I was very pleased to have the furniture out of my way in the house and easily available in the garage for later removal. I would certainly call them again for this type of work.

He was above and beyond. I spent $225. He was extremely responsive, very helpful, friendly, professional, conscientious and they did what I thought was a difficult job. I had an elliptical machine that they took apart and had to move the parts down some flights of stairs at my new place. There was a part that didn't work and he went out, got it, came back and installed it.

They showed up on time were extremely professional. They did the job very quickly & efficiently. Would definitely use them in the future & would absolutely. Would recommend them to anybody looking for moving service.

They were very gentle movers. They have to move a very large furniture in a very narrow stairs and they did everything perfect. They packed the truck perfect. They were wonderful people to have in my home. They were professional and strong. They met the expectations that movers should and they have nice personality. The price was very reasonable.
