Chaz and crew were great. So professional, courteous and were masters at loading the truck. They were so easy to schedule and great to work with, would not hesitate to hire them again.

Antoine and his team were fantastic! They were professional and courteous and very knowledgeable about the best way to move our belongings. They worked quickly but paid close attention to the fragile items and stayed later than expected due to an issue with the new house. I would hire them again in a heartbeat, and recommend them to anyone I know.

Chaz and Crew showed on time, They were so nice and made us feel so comfortable. My wife and I are very proactive and they told us numerous times, to not stress they will take care of everything. Now I know why Chaz & Crew are so highly recommended! The crew did an amazing job! They were extremely kind, professional, and efficient. I called Chaz & Crew to move my mom from the home she had lived in for over 50 years to a new home. It was an emotional time and my mother was a little stressed, but from the very start we felt confident in our choice of Chaz & Crew. Chaz & Crew was quick to respond to my calls/requests for information and very helpful and patient in explaining how their service works (you rent your own truck and hire Chaz & Crew for the labor and to drive the truck) On the day of the move, the "Crew" of 4 men were there on time and worked very efficiently - they have a great system in place and work together like a well oiled machine. They were friendly and courteous (my mom commented that they were courteous like from a bygone era). We join the chorus of others and highly recommend Chaz & Crew. We wil definitely use them again for any future moves. Thank you again for everything you did to ease this move for my mom.

The main office was responsive and reconfirmed my appointment date and time. They even offered to come earlier but I wasn't ready. The guys show up and I showed them all the rooms I had items in that needed to be moved. This included a heavy home filtration water system. They moved everything I asked them to without question and were polite and professional the entire time. My Angie's List voucher covered a specific time frame but the movers (usually 2 but I had 4) knocked the job out quickly. It was a Friday evening and another crew had completed their job so they lent my guys a hand which is how I ended up with 4-5 movers (the 5th guy showed up and they were putting the last few items on the truck so he came around to the new house to help them unload).

The cost quoted above is a guess on the most recent job. (I honestly can't recall what we paid on any of the jobs other than that it we consistently found the costs agreeable.) In each case we found the crew to be quick, courteous (like from a bygone era,) helpful with suggestions, and patient when we were indecisive. The only criticism I can think of is that during the first engagement, after moving the furniture I found some scuffs on the stairwell wall. But that hasn't stopped me from hiring them twice thereafter and recommending them to others, and won't in the future. Still, it's something you might want to guard against. In the most recent engagement not only did they help move and assemble the crib, but they stuck around to help me with an unplanned request to tear out the old shelves in my son's closet and install the weight-bearing parts of a closet system. In another engagement, my wife was pleasantly surprised when they patiently and even cheerfully moved a book shelf to several different positions when she couldn't decide, and even suggested positions. In sum, I would not hesitate to call upon Chaz and Crew again, nor to recommend them to anyone who asks.

They were prompt, efficient, and friendly. This is a terrific service. They arrived on the early side of the window they specified and were done in less than an hour. They left the old furniture very neatly stacked in the garage.

Chaz & Crew were communicative and responsive from service booking until the delivery date. Arrived on-time and immediately commenced with the task at-hand. It was evident that the team has been doing this for awhile - they were quick/efficient in transporting the furniture/boxes in various places inside the house to the loading area and then one team member was very skilled in laying out the boxes/furniture to maximize the usage of space inside the ReloCube. In the end we were able to fit everything inside a single ReloCube, saving me the cost of using a 2nd one. The team completed the job in under an hour with no fuss - excellent work.

This is the second time that I have used Chaz & Crew. While some of the staff has changed since I last used them the service and attention to detail is still excellent. The respect and care that is shown to your belongings is amazing. I would use them if I ever moved again!!

i found Chaz & Crew on Angie's List and decided to give them a try. They were great! I literally moved across the street so just needed some muscle to move my things. They were prompt, very friendly, respectful and QUICK. They were honestly the most efficient movers I have ever used and I have moved quite a bit. They worked very hard and very quickly. I was really impressed by their system and how they worked seamlessly together. All of my stuff made it to my new place without incident. I did not find one scratch or issue. I am extremely pleased and would use them again without question!

They quickly responded to inquiry. We found it very easy to schedule work on our time frame. All hands worked with both speed and care, showing a thorough understanding of our needs. Chaz's crew of four showed up promptly at the scheduled time. They were super friendly and responsive to our requests. They worked tirelessly to clear out our old home onto the moving truck. The crew were super sports when we had to remove an upstairs window to get the box springs out. When it became evident that more help was needed to complete the job, reinforcements showed up after lunch. With six guys on the job, they finished up in the afternoon.

Our appointment was late in the day, so not surprising that bad traffic held up the crew, but Chaz called to let me know. When they arrived the men were polite & careful & really terrifically efficient ! I needed a very large amount of stuff moved into a 22 foot dumpster in my driveway & didn't think they could get it all in, but they did in a very short time. I'm so impressed, we'll definitely be using Chaz & Crew to move us when we sell our house , which hopefully will be very soon.

It went fantastic. Our prior movers struggled to get the items in. Chaz and guys had no problem at all. Quick, efficient and no issues. I was thrilled. There is a minimum so the cost for the few things was a little steep but getting it done so well was worth every penny! Highly recommend their servicesM

Chaz and crew were amazing. I called them just a week before and they were able to get a crew of 4 to move us to our new house. All the guys were hard workers, super nice and did a great job. They took care make sure our furniture was moved and loaded in the truck without damaging the furniture or the walls. I will never move again without Chaz and Crew. Oh and did I mention that they were very affordable! Thank you!

We just had the best experience ever with Chaz and Crew. My son moved from VA to PA and had items stored in a POD. The POD was delivered Friday. Chaz and Crew came Saturday and emptied the POD for us. I called numerous moving companies to find someone to do this job. Chaz impressed me when we spoke on the phone because he was so accommodating about all the details of timing, pricing, and the details of emptying the POD and taking everything to our basement. He said no problem with taking the heavy large pieces of a dining room set down a set of stairs that have a turn in them. I spoke to lots of companies and chose Chaz based on his approach to speaking to a possible client and the services that they provide. I was not disappointed. Just the opposite...I am thrilled with this company! The move was superlative and just outstanding. Chaz even let me know that with a cancellation, they could come earlier than their appointed time if I was agreeable. I loved that because he was again thinking of the customer first. Chaz and three other men arrived on time and immediately set to work. They never stopped until the POD was emptied and all was set up in our basement. They worked very efficiently and quickly. They were organized in their work and had all the needed equipment to make the move successful. We were so pleased with the quality of their work, their professionalism, and their courtesy. All four men were wonderful to work with and we appreciated the care and attention they gave to being sure that all the items were safely moved. We would definitely use this company again. Communication with the provider was excellent. The manager explained that they charged a 2-hour minimum of $300 for four men, and that I could use one coupon for the move into the POD and one for the move back into our house, for a savings of $50 on each occasion. They were flexible with scheduling, arrived on time with the supplies they needed, were very courteous and professional, and worked fast but carefully and placed everything exactly where we wanted it. We were very pleased with their work and will hire them again if we need to move heavy boxes and furniture.
