Description of Work: Moved heavy furniture from 1st to second floor and from 1st down to basement. Very efficient, very strong, and friendly as well. This is second time I've used them and it is well worth the costs.

Description of Work: I purchased a big deal for moving services. I had an appointment scheduled for today, but they never showed up. They had poor communication. I had to call them and they said they were running late from a previous move and they would call me back but they never did.

Description of Work: They returned my call within a few hours and came to my house to move 2 refrigerators and a large dresser. They were very professional and friendly. They each shook my hand and thanked me and swept up after themselves!

Description of Work: They arrived on time and performed professionally. We had them install weight bearing hooks, move several heavy pieces of furniture up and down stairs, as well as put up a bunk bed. They were corteous and efficient.

Description of Work: Chaz showed up with a 2 man crew (3 all together) and they worked their tails off. They didn't stop once in 2 hours. I'd say everything in this room but that and that and everything went in the truck. The most amazing part to me was how they packed the truck like a puzzle and got every piece in there. I would use them again in a heartbeat and strongly recommend them. I told my realtor how good they were and he wants to recommend them.

Description of Work: They were very prompt in contacting me and very professional on the phone. The problem for me was that they don't have a truck and they don't give written estimates, only hourly rates. I won't engage in services without an estimate and it was an additional cost for them to pick up the UHaul. I don't have any complaints regarding them, it just doesn't work for me.

Description of Work: I needed movers for a small job but the company I chose (Chaz & Crew) did not provide the truck for moving.

Description of Work: Chaz and Crew loaded furniture and household goods from a three story home into an 8' x 16' moving container to be moved across the country to California. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable and hardworking. I contracted for two people for three hours. A three person crew arrived and completed the work in two hours -- same manhours, same price. The crew made all the decisions about how to load and arrange and protect everything with blankets. The container was shipped across country and stored until Aug 19 when it was unloaded into our new home. Nothing was damaged which attests to the quality of the loading decisions. I have nothing but praise for these guys.
