Description of Work: Wound up costing more. I could not get them to come out in advance to tell me how many PODS I would need and wound up having to get a 4th one because the PODS website did not give an accurate estimate. The 4th POD was filled by different folks and that is where all my really damaged furniture was. Also I had bought mattress covers and moving blankets and they were not used. I spent all that money for nothing. Also they did not use the tools of their trade like dollies, etc and therefore it took longer. Was not the wonderful experience the reviewers I read led me to believe.

Description of Work: I requested an estimate for moving from 4 bedroom home to 3 bedroom apartment-locally. Chaz responded to my message from Angies List site and followed with phone call. He provided an estimate that was in line with the other two I had received. I only decided not to use them because the other provider I decided to use was closer.

+ -1 moreThis review is LONG OVERDUE. I have moved over a dozen times. Chaz and crew is BY FAR THE BEST EVER. No one has come close. Chaz packs a truck better than anyone I have ever seen. I have used them twice, and when the truck got unloaded, the unloaders expressed amazement and awe - seriously. The first time I used Chaz, they loaded items into a 26' Uhaul, and put some additional things into a 16' that my gf had. It was an old house, raining, hot, muggy - they never complained, worked tirelessly, and honestly fit more in than I ever imagined. I was so impressed, I paid extra for travel time to have them come into NJ to load a 28' Upack trailer. So - 26' Uhaul AND 16' Uhaul into 28' ABF Trailer (yes, it is taller and a little wider). But still, EVERYTHING FIT. It again poured, was a very long carry and had 3 stories. These guys have a great work ethic and are incredibly helpful. Do not hesitate - if he is available, use them. They charge the same per hour as everyone else, but they work faster and better. Thanks Chaz!

+ -1 moreI hired Chaz and Crew for one day to work at my rental property. They were on time with the correct amount of men and the crew worked consistently. They moved building materials and furniture from a basement to a free-standing garage. Also put throw-away material into a dumpster hired for the purpose. Some of material was heavy and I was happy for the help. The Crew did not break anything and they left the area clean. Chaz came to the worksite. He is friendly like all his crew. Payment was easy with credit card over the phone after they completed the work. I feel that the charges were reasonable. I will hire them again in 2013.
Description of Work: Moving furniture and materials from basement to garage. Filing dumpster for haul-away.
