 + -1 moreAfter dialing continuously for over 20 minutes and leaving a voicemail in the general mailbox, I finally got a hold of a person at Champion Dentistry. Told the woman who answered that two voicemails were left on my home voicemail for a Ms. Warren to schedule an appointment. After I explained they had dialed the wrong number and there was no Ms. Warren at that number, the woman said OK and was ready to end the call. I said and quot;Don't you want the number?and quot; ' (meaning the wrong number they were dialing). I gave her my home number and repeated this was the wrong number. Only time will tell if I get any more voicemails from Champion Dentistry.
Description of Work: Champion Dentistry left two messages on my home answering machine regarding scheduling an appointment for a Ms. Warren.

 + -1 moreIt did not go well. The dentist did not know I had X-rays and other opinions. I had forgotten to bring the X-ray. It was OK because I could get his untainted, professional opinion. I was surprised. Basically, he lied and said I needed a root canal right away. No other assessment came up with that conclusion. I excused myself from his chair and, eventually, had the tooth filled elsewhere ... no problem, thereafter. Later, I disccovered that my experience wasn't unique. I met someone else who'd been to Champion. She recoiled in anger, when I mentioned the name. So, you may have a Jekyll experience or you may have a Mr Hyde experience ... just be ready for a surprise.
Description of Work: I had a tooth that needed filling. My interaction with the provider was extremely disappointing. I can't be sure of the exact date I went to this dentist. I have it written down somewhere in my journal. If anyone needs it, I will search it out.

 + -1 moreHe is wonderful. In all my 43 years, I have never left the dentist smiling until I went to him. His staff is ultra professional, he is professional, his office is gorgeous. I have nothing but good things to say about him. I have sent 3 people I know to him, I think so highly of him.

 + 2 moreThey are very on time. The staff is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They help with your insurance and with financing when the insurance doesn't cover everything. I've been there so much that they know me by my voice. They let you know when he is not going to be available. The office is very relaxed. They have a fireplace and plenty of reading material. They have music piped throughout the office. The dentist is very friendly and informative. He apologizes if he does something that is painful and says he won't do it again. I've been going here for 2 or 3 years.
Description of Work: I use Champion Dentistry for my dental needs. I've had a root canal, cleaning and scaling and some major dental work including implants and invisalign.
