Everything went great. He tried to get the old fluid master to work but it would not. Replaced it. Tub faucet had been leaking for a few years. Another plumber said it may be the housing when he could not get it to stop leaking. I was anxious about calling someone. He replaced the cartridge and now, no leaks. Explained that I had bought a water saver faucet for the sink and that is why the flow was slow. Put on a regular aerator and showed me that the flow was good. It was the aerator in the new faucet. I decided to keep the old aerator and try to save water. Looking forward to seeing the water bill next month as the drip that had turned into a trickle has stopped. Was courteous and pleasant and would definitely call him again if needed. Your website did not let me add a review from either my phone or tablet.

The leak was in a small closet and the pipes were very hard to get to. Chalie pulled off the drenched drywall and found the source of the leak. Since the actual fix would take 5-6 hours he capped the upstairs pipes (bathroom) so I could use the water in the rest of the hourse including the downstairs bathroom. He gave me an idea what the permanent fix would take to do & we agree to connect later in the week. All in all it was a great response on a Sunday.

He removed all the old pipes that were leaking or installed incorrectly by previous owner. Replaced some lines with flexible tubing for easier placement around a very limited space. Replaced copper lines at key connections. Had to break into the wall of the other bathroom to get to the pipes for the shower (house is a split level with limited access to pipes). Contained the hole to as limited space as possible. At his suggestion installed new accessible shutoff valves that allow upstairs bathroom water to be more easily shut down (wasn't possible to shut off shower before this). Worker was very informative and curteous. Cleaned up area nicely at end of the job. Took 5 hours and I thought price was very reasonable.

CHALIE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB VERY, VERY QUICKLY. OUR HOT WATER HEATER HAD BROKEN AND WAS LEAKING. HE CAME WITHIN HALF AN HOUR OF BEING CALLED AND DID AN EXPERT JOB.

VERY REASONABLE AND HONEST COMPANY. AFTER HAVING SEVERAL COMPANIES COME OUT FOR ESTIMATES, CHALIE NEILL WAS THE ONLY HONEST ONE AND DID A GREAT JOB.
