chimney repair
 + -1 moreI have to replace a new heater because it this.
Description of Work: I called several companies but decided to give the job to Carter. They were suppose to install a liner and cap; 2 years later I had a problem with my heater. The repair rep. said the problem with my heater was that a chimney liner was needed. I called Carter construction again and they sent a rep to my home. He was shown a copy of they work order and receipt, looked at the job and said the work had not been done. Fast forward and complaints to BBB went unanswered, phone calls never returned.

 + -1 moreI did not hire this company to do work after the estimate appointment because the representative was rude/unprofessional during portions of his interaction with me and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. When he left, I wasn't even certain that he had made the right call about what work needed to be done.

chimney caps, chimney repair
 + 0 moreThey arrived promptly (about 10 minutes early actually). I thought they would be there for most of the morning but they were done in about an hour. This is the second time I've used them and I continue to refer them to others. They're prompt, reasonably priced and they don't leave a mess!
Description of Work: They installed two sections of flue pipe, rebuilt the crown of the chimney, and installed a cap.
