Carson and Son

Carson and son were very responsive and quick to get our money and get the job complete. We initially were pleased and chose them as they offer a 10 year guarantee on their work and were BBB accredited. Now less than 2 years after roof was repaired, our roof is leaking again and we cannot get any response. They are not standing behind their work or their guarantee. We have called, left messages, emailed, faxed and NO RESPONSE. The water continues to come into our house.

They were very quick to get the work finished. Within 5 months the repair area began leaking very hard. The water was pouring in through light fixtures and along the dry wall filling buckets. When contacting them had excuse after excuse, then just stopped answering the phone or retuning messages. After calling from another phone number, they hung up. Once reporting through BBB, they said within a week (3 weeks have already passed and several storms) they would send someone to fix the roof, but none of the damage due to the faulty work. Upon inspecting the roof there is a huge puddle formed in the area they cut the roof to "repair". WORST, MOST UNPROFESSIONAL, CONTRACTOR I'VE EVER DEALT WITH!!
