CARMEN MEJIA

Carmen arrived the week before with "relatives" a young man and woman that she brought with her into the house to give us an estimate. I was not comfortable, but I left it slide. She asked me to provide the cleaning supplies and vacuum. She agreed to return the following week to do the cleaning. She arrived on time and started to clean the house. We have a large house, but I only asked her to clean some of the rooms thoroughly and some of the rooms "lightly". I thought her price to do that was very high. After she left, I discovered some very large scratches and gouges on our hardwood floors. She apparently moved a large potted plant on the floor without lifting it and it made ugly scratches. I was very disappointed. We will need to get the floor repaired. At the very least she should have mentioned what happened.

Carmen was prompt in responding to my request for services. She had 8 years of housekeeping experience and numerous positive references. She arrived at the designated time and excellently completed her cleaning duties. I had forgotten what clean smelled like! I am very pleased with Carmen's services and highly recommend her for your housekeeping needs.
