BUGS INC

I wanted to use Bugs Inc. because they are located literally at the end of my neighborhood. They are maybe a mile or so away from me. I would have thought they would take the time to call me back to do the work I had for them, especially since my location is so close to them. I would have to assume they are not in need of work if they do not bother to return calls to get new customers. While they may offer reasonable prices or prices that are in keeping with what other competing companies are asking, they could improve their business skills by calling people back. If they do not, they will only loose business I guess. I think the company in itself is not bad. I know people who have used them and they are popular in this area, especially in my neighborhood since I live so close to them. They just need to improve on their follow up skills I think.
