Great! He was pleasant and personable. He remove the termite tunnels, drilled holes inside basement and outside and put terminex treatment in holes. He then washed all walls with terminex treatment mix.
Description of Work: Fred eradicated termites that were in my basement. He took his time and spent about 4 hours completing the job.

He was extremely nice and patient with all of my questions. He even took the time to tell me how I could fix my damaged wood beams. He also offered to do it for me, but said if I was handy I could do the work and save myself money. He also arrived exactly when he said he would come.
Description of Work: Fred, the owner, took time to explain the problem about the termites investing my basement. He explained in detail that he would have to dig holes every 12 inches and then put the poison inside and then cork it and then put cement on top of cork in case water seeps into the basement the poison will stay in the hole. He also said he would spray each wall and beam. He then went outside to show me what he would do in the back yard to treat the termites.
