+ -1 moreThey are very knowledgeable and very helpful. The installation was seamless. I switched to them because my former company was so awful. The wiring that the former company did wasn't grounded. The guy who came out spend six hours. The job wasn't easy. He fixed all of the things that went wrong and didn't charge me for it.
Description of Work: I use them for my alarm system.

+ -1 moreThe guys were wonderful. They took the time to explain the different sensors and detectors they installed and the purposes of each. They even explained how to operate the panel when the job was complete.
Description of Work: The workers installed 4 door and 3 window sensors, 2 glass break sensors, a motion detector and a monitoring panel in my house. It took them about 12 hours to finish the work.

Description of Work: Brink's Security monitors our alarm system that they installed several years ago. They monitor the system, do periodic upgrades, and I pay them monthly.

+ -1 moreI WAS NOT PLEASED WITH MY PREVIOUS SECURITY COMPANY. I CALLED BRINK'S WHEN THE OTHER COMPANY WANTED A HORRIBLE AMOUNT TO PUT IN A NEW KEYPAD. BRINK'S CAME RIGHT OUT AND MADE THE CHANGE IN SERVICE AT A MUCH BETTER PRICE.
Description of Work: WHEN I CHANGED ALARM COMPANIES, I HAD A NEW REPLACEMENT KEYPAD INSTALLED AND THE SERVICE CHANGED TO BRINK'S.
