 + -1 moreIt took a long time due to difficulty diagnosing the issue, and the solution was more of a "well, let's try this..." rather than a "this'll definitely fix it" but after a number of visits and no unnecessary parts ordered, Dennis got the job done.

 + 0 moreThey had to take out the old unit and the old unit was absolutely full of soot and they managed to get most of the unit out without dumping the soot. It's a precarious kind of job because it is a heavy iron grates that have to be moved from one end of the basement to the other end to get out the door. They were very good at that. Also there was an oil tank in the basement which they disassembled, cut up and took out with the minimum amount of aggravation.
Description of Work: He switched us from oil heat to gas heat which required a reconfiguration of the plumbing downstairs.

Description of Work: indirect hot water heater & boiler. Beautiful work compared to what it looked like before that took up a huge portion of the floor & was over 40 years. Clean work, Took away all debree taken out, Swept everything up, Had a sense of humor. They loved pets & focused on the job.

Description of Work: Repaired non-functioning heater. This was the cost for two visits. It was an electrical problem, and it was taken care of. They have also installed humidifiers on both of our home heating systems. They are honest, knowledgeable and great to deal with. I would highly recommend them.
