They do a professional job, tell me what's wrong, and let me know what options I have for fixing it - i.e. rebuilt or new parts. They finish the job pretty much when they say they will and call me when it's done. I've always felt they were straightforward, professional and respectful, and would highly recommend them.

They are fast and courteous. Their location is a bit small but it has a very good price.

Had a flat one morning and need a location to replace the tire that was near my job. Found Blatt using a google search and called them to see if they had tires in stock for my vehicle a 2006 Lexus. The salesperson informed me that several choices were available and to come in. I got there appoximately 9:30 am and was pleasantly greeted by a technician who evaluated the other tires and the wear percentage. It was founded that I actually needed 3 tires (at least within the next few months) and an alignment. I knew this prior to my arrival so I knew they were accurate in the suggestions. They explained the pros/cons of each tire and I ended up purchasing the tires that were originally on the vehicle when new. In addition, Michelin was running a promotion that if you buy 4 tires you get a $150.00 rebate (basically one tire free in a set of four). I purchased 4 to take advantage of the rebate and had the alignment done. Did I mention they dorve me to work in an alternate vehicle while mine was being serviced so that I wouldnt have to miss time at work? In addition, he discounted the price of the alignment since I was having a lot done at one time. They called me in about 2 hours when my vehicle was ready which I picked up after work. The car drove fantastically and I will return for similar services.

I was going on a road trip to Florida so I brought the car in for an oil change, tire balancing (due to vibration at high speeds) and a general inspection. They are conveniently located for me and I like to support locally owned businesses. They do good work and provide honest advice. Minor quibbles: the lounge/waiting area smells of smoke (although I haven't seen anyone smoking in there). Also, they do everything by hand so sometimes things get missed (for example, they forgot to charge me for a service and then called me later to ask if they could charge my card for it). Also, the car is often not ready when they say it will be. These are typical issues encountered with many repair shops, so it's not enough for me to stop going there. The chains do offer a few more perks (like vacuuming your car, lower prices, computerized system for tracking the work they do) that Blatt doesn't offer. Basically it's a no-frills kind of place, but ultimately they do good work.

I have brought my car to blatt tire and auto on several occasions and the service has always been excellent. They were extremely helpful in explaining the work that needed to be done and completed it in a timely manner. On one occasion my car was making a strange noise like something was stuck underneath it. I drove to the shop without an appointment and they removed the part that was dragging underneath it immediately without charging me.
