Bill Keown Brick and Stone Pointing

Bill was very prompt for the estimate and the day of the job. He was professional and very pleasant on the phone and in person. Stonework on the front of our house, he did a very good job matching the patch pointing. I would recommend Bill to anyone who needs a reliable person.

We needed the brick in front of our house to be repointed and some masonry work to be done on stone facade.

I have to compliment Bill on his superb work, excellent communication and punctuality. He replaced bricks that were sinking under a window air conditioning unit and he did a beautiful job replacing them. He kept me informed about the weather and when he would be able to do the job. He even sent me pictures after he completed the work. I highly recommend Bill!

Bill and his assistant did a great job. Called when he said, showed up when he said. Neat, professional. Job was done great. I was concerned that the pointing would not match. He took trouble to show me samples and the outcome was great ! I called about 10 different contractors. Only 4 or so ever showed up. He is by far, the best.

Bill took my call right away and came out the next day. He explained how it happened (because really - how does that happen?) and how it could be fixed. PECO and an exterminator had to come out first but Bill checked in every couple of days to see how everything was going. Bill did all the work himself (with a colleague) and even took down the one way door the exterminator left up (saving me a few dollars with the exterminator and not charging me more for the extra work). The work is GREAT. He even caulked the bathroom window at no extra charge. They then cleaned up after themselves like it was their own house. I was blown away. Bill went above and beyond in every aspect. I will use him again and I would definitely recommend him for any job, big or small.

Bill and his crew were there before 8:00am every morning. Bill would get here first and set the equipment up for the day, then his crew would arrive and they would start. Before they left everything was cleaned up and put away. I have hired many contractors in my life but this was tha best experience that I've ever had. His work and work ethic are impeccable and I would recommend Bill to anyone that needed his type of services.

His work was perfect. He was clean and prompt. He cleaned up at the end of each day. He was incredibly polite and thoughtful. I was totally satisfied with the work. I've got no complaints about the work that he did. The workers showed up early, and when I came home, the scaffolding would be down and things were swept. It seems like he treated the work site like his own home. I'd endorse him to anyone.
