After inquiring of several places, we had not gotten an appointment with someone who didn't have a large wait-time window (4 hours) for the services, while others were too busy to fit us in right away. Since I work full time, I needed better than a "4-hour window" as I needed to not use a half day on this. Neighbors knew Big Dawg's services and recommended them. Checked them on Angie's List for reviews, and called. Matt told me on phone they were pretty busy, but given the need in my situation, he assured me he would fit us in and that Tony would call next day to let us know when. The next morning, Tony called bright and early to let us know he'd be here in 45 minutes, and he was punctual, efficient, and congenial. He went right to work, was familiar with the problems these particular drains have, and had the right equipment to do the job quickly and efficiently --motorized snake with sufficient length of cable, and pressurized water rinsing following the clog-busting has it in good shape now. We were very pleased and thankful for their service.
