She was incompetent and incapable of working with us. We are a young couple, in our 20s, and she could not have been more disrespectful. She spoke to both of us as if we were her children, scolded me on multiple occasions, and threatened to get my boyfriends job involved. I understand that some personalities don't work well together, but she was just plain hard to deal with and rude. She constantly complained to me about my boyfriend and his availability to speak on the phone. My boyfriend is an engineer, and very busy. She would call and text me to send messages that I was supposed to forward to him. She would show up at my house while I was there and talk negatively about him to me. It was completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. As a listing agent, her ONLY job is to schedule appointments for agents to show the house, and inform me so I can make sure everything was perfect and I was out of the house. There were numerous times where people would show up for appointments and I had not been notified. At least 20 times I had to quickly grab my things and leave in the middle of working, because there was an appointment I was not notified about. This created a noncommunicative relationship because I would get angry and call her, and she would pretend she didn't know about the appointments. Another strike against her professionalism. Overall, there was not a single facet of this experience that I would quantify as an average grade experience. I was so disappointed in her lack of work ethic, professionalism, and respect. She did not bring any value to this house. She did not provide the services we expected from such a highly rated realty company. I would completely recommend against using Eydie for anyone and everyone. It was a disappointing and unsatisfactory experience.

Most responsive agent ever is an understatement. Steve is probably the most responsive human being all together! Whenever we buy or sell a property, we always know exactly what's going on. Steve keeps us in the loop on a weekly basis. Now...we opted to do email updates but if we wanted to, Steve offers to make a personal phone call each week to tell us about what's going on. He has told us that he does that with other clients who prefer phone calls, but we just rather a weekly email about the status of our transactions. He's a go getter and we have been able to score some pretty good deals from off-market properties that Steve has found for us on the buying side of our deals with him. On the selling side, he's always been spot on in valuing our properties and he is usually able to move them pretty quickly at prices we are happy with. His marketing strategies are unique and it certainly shows when it comes to receiving offers. He knows how to create demand. Always dresses in a suit too. Total professional. You can tell he cares about his image and reputation and that he wants it to be good. Overall thumbs up on Steve. Would recommend him for anything in real estate.

After trying out a few realtors in the Philadelphia area, my husband and I were underwhelmed. Then we found Bibe Chin of the Mike McCann team. Bibe is an outstanding realtor and a truly excellent person. We were moving from out of state and this was our first home purchase. We were not super familiar with the area nor with what we wanted in a house or apartment. We reserved a few weekends to come to Philly to look at houses. During the week we would send Bibe many many listings and she would help distill them down for us. She would set up as many appointments as we wanted and was happy to spend long Saturdays and Sundays with us looking at many properties. Bibe was always enthusiastic and honest with us. She helped us find a house that we loved in a neighborhood that we enjoyed. She was a keen negotiator and helped us get the price that we wanted. We wholeheartedly recommended her to many of our friends and work colleagues. Even 5 years later and living in a different state, we keep in touch with Bibe.
