After receiving multiple project estimates from various contractors, I decided to work with John Beck Family Roofing to repair my roof. John and his company were professional, responsive, and punctual. Of all of the estimates I received, John included the most work for the best price. Ultimately, John and his team installed a new torch-down, modified bitumen roof over my existing (mostly flat) roof. I am satisfied with the new roof, downspout, and flashing.

I recommended this company for many of my clients for their roof replacement and they did replace that roof and so far no issues. When I asked them to do my own house for shutter replacement and some other repair work, they delayed it for nearly eight months and done nothing and finally I had to quit. When I call owner, he would tell me to contact his secretary and when I call his secretary then she has to talk to owner. Finally I decided to find someone and I don't use them anymore

Beck roofing came out with multiple people, inspected the roof, took photos, and provide a detail quote specific to my roof. The end product (quote) was detail oriented and supported by the photos provided. I would recommend their team to anyone needing roofing services.

John came out in a timely manner to look at a part of my roof that had a leak. I also have solar panels on my roof. Any other company would have insisted that the whole roof be stripped of panels and the entire roof replaced. Not Beck family roofing. They worked with the solar company found the matching shingle came out replaced the section that was damaged. The employees were polite, hard working and went out of their way to make sure that everything was perfect and clean. Laura and Helen called me several times before they came to make sure that everything was set up. I love the great work ethic of Beck family roofing from the office to the workers, to the perfect job they did in as timely manner. Best of all, NO more leaks. John< I give you an A+ for this work. I had a 2 Year Guarantee from Beck Family Roofing that was going to expire. So, I called Beck Family Roofing he went up on the roof, came down and he said what had to be done and he will call me with the cost of the roof and the cost on my front siding. Later that day, his secretary called with the amount and I said no problem. He was there the day after I spoke to him for the roofing. The front siding was two days, and it was a perfect match!

All of the recent rain were a perfect test to ensure that everything was done well - no more leaks! John Beck was on time, well spoken, knowledgeable and explained clearly what my roof needed and gave me a fair estimate. I only chose another roofer because 2 close friends had recommended them after having had work done by them. Otherwise Beck Family Roofing would have gotten the job. I also liked the way their estimates were written up and presented.
