After moving into our new home, Carlos and his painting crew came in and repainted the entire house, trim, basement and back porch. They transformed the house into our new home. Carlos is the painter you want to use. He is very professional, friendly, and trustworthy. He expertly balances painting, overseeing his crew and advising/consulting on paint colors. Carlos sees things that need fixed before you can point them out to him. He wants you to be completely satisfied with the work. Each day, Carlos and his team drove a long distance to my home and worked long hours but always cleaned up and left the house neat and organized. They came when they said they would and got all the work done. Not only is he an expert painter, he has very good taste and will offer his opinion. I consistently went with his advice and told him, "Carlos is always right!" I will definitely use him again and highly recommend him to anyone needing one room or one house painted.

This is the second time we have used Carlos at BD Painting. He and the crew are truly Master painters. His professionalism, work ethic, and timeliness are just a plus to the amazing job he does. It's actually the 3rd time I have used Carlos...I had him paint and repair the house I sold recently before moving to the condo. Each person in his crew work to get amazing results, and I have never had to ask them to correct anything! They are courteous and polite, as well as the best painters I have ever seen. I have recommended them many times. They are extremely neat and leave things where they were. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BD PAINTERS!!!

Excellent! My wife and I were very happy with the first stage of the job, so we decided to use him again for the 2nd portion. He's professional, polite, and does great work!

The work has never been done. For the first few months, BD Painting was always too busy, would never schedule. (So much for a 30-day refund.) After about three months, they asked if could they could fulfill the offer at a different location - not the location where the work was contracted. Told them no. This was a $540 deal made in early July, and paid for in advance. Have requested a refund since it's clear they don't want to do the work. It's been almost four months since the initial purchase of the "deal." Another Angie's List painter will be doing the job.

The individual wouldn't call me back. The first time I managed to contact him, he asked for me to call back later, and didn't remember I had even paid for his services.

Work was done timely and professionally. All painting was neat and room was clean when he left.

We were completely unable to schedule the appointment becuase whenever we were able to get in touch with the company they would request that we call them back at a different time. We choose to not move forward with them becuase we don't know what job the will do if they can't even schedule an appointment.

His name was Carlos. We’ve used them more than once, we’ve used them a couple of times. We found them on Angie’s List and we liked them and used them again. We used him again in June. We used the same deal he’s got now for $149. I don’t know what painters charge. The quality was good. My wife wants to use him now, I don’t have the money.

They did an excellent job with the painting and the repairs at a reasonable price. They were punctual and did a good clean up job. Carlos is very easy to work with and aims at a high level of customer satisfaction

We had a little communication problem at first but once we resolved that everything went very well. The quality of the work was excellent and I'm very pleased with the result.

After reaching out to a few companies and receiving many estimates. Carlos and his team were by far the best priced and most professional. One thing that stood out when reaching out to other companies was that some did not get back to me for a few days, and when they did. It was another few days for an estimate. Carlos was out at my house that very day to ***** what needed to be done. And painting by the next week. My wife and I could not be happier with the job performed and the professionalism. Would absolutely hire again.

The work performed by Carlos and his team made me fall in love with my apartment all over again. I used Carlos' services to have my 2- Bed/Bath Philadelphia apartment painted in June'17. The experience was as smooth as it gets. Carlos was very helpful from the beginning and even gave great suggestions in terms of color and accent choices. His team was very professional and courteous. They were very friendly and respectful. They tried their best to make sure that none of my furniture got damaged and also moved it back as needed at the end of the day. The paint job itself was excellent and Carlos made sure that every little detail was taken care of and also made sure that I was happy with the work done. As an example, they repainted an accent wall for me after I wasnt happy with the color choice I had made. Carlos didnt even bring up the issue of money for this extra work, though it did set them back 2-3 hrs of labor time. Another great example is that even though the crew were done with their job in 4 days, they came back a 5th day to do touch ups once the paint dried and settled in. I do feel the price is was not the cheapest but this experience was worth every penny. Usually not the one to write reviews, but this level of service is unprecedented and needs to be given a shout out for. I hope the team continues to provide this quality of service and wish them best for their future projects.

Carlos was a pleasure to work with, they did an excellent job and asked questions to make sure what we wanted was executed correctly. We are so pleased with the painting job, we are planning to use BD painting again for several other areas of our house.

The paint originally purchased was satin rather than flat for the exterior of my brick home. Carlos had no problem re doing the job with the appropriate paint. Very easy to talk to and would hire again.

I hired Carlos in 2016 when I purchased my home, at that time Carlos did a great job. Fast forward to 2017. Carlos contacted me to let me know he was running a special with 10% off. So I asked for an estimate to paint my entire living room an orange color in which he gave one and I explained to him I wasn't willing to pay that much for such a small room so he lowered it and again I said no so he lowered it again and again I said no and gave him a number in which he accepted after his acceptance I asked if that was gonna include the ceiling and trim and he said ok and wanted to get started the next day I explained to him I could not take off work with such short notice so we set a date. He showed up with a helper he walked in and asked if everything was gonna be this same one color that I had picked and I said yes. Here's where it all goes downhill. First, his worker rinses paint brushes in my kitchen sink, they use my eating utensils and microwave without asking left my kitchen floor wet and used a whole roll of paper towels again without asking. I had one accent wall that was green and needed several coats because the wall wasn't primed with white primer and still after he left you can still see in some spots where it was green and also a very light white spot on the wall and goes on to say that that is why he suggested I use a matte finish. Yes he suggested that matte is better but didn't state why he was suggesting it. Carlos never came to look at the job before he started might I add. So he finishes and I go look and the ceiling and trim is still white and I ask him why. He states that I didn't mention I wanted to have the ceiling or trim done so I repeat what was said in our text message (which probably should have been a verbal convo) and he doesn't remember, he also suggested that I rehire and pay someone to come out and finish which I thought was very unprofessional another thing that was very unprofessional was him asking for $100 before the job was done to get more paint. Carlos is a very nice person I will not take that away from him, but I was very disappointed this time around and he didn't try to right his wrong so I will not be using him again unfortunately.

Carlos was responsive, communicative and fair. He worked to make sure all the work was perfect even past the point when I was perfectly satisfied. I feel happy whenever I walk into the rooms he and his team painted. A great work ethic, fair prices and complete reliability . . . Couldn't ask for more!

Carlos and his partner did an excellent job. In fact I hired him for three rooms and then asked him to come back the next day to do the staircase for us. He was on time everyday and was extremely pleasant and got along great with my kids. He finished the job in 3 days plus an Extra half day to do the staircase! We would definitely use him again!
