Description of Work: I had a leak in my basement wall into the bathroom and family room.They had a different approach to fixing it than I did but I went with their idea of digging below the surface and installing a sump pump.The first heavy rain I had a small amount of water come in.It took two more visits to fix this.I waited so long to give a review of their work because I wanted to make sure it was completely fixed.I'm satisfied it is.

At the time of your appointment one of the owners examined your basement and advised you that the problelm resulting in water was not a watrproofing issue but rather a plumbing problem due to a broken pipe. Although you called us 3 days later requesting an estimate to give to you insurance company, we do not practice deception in any form and were unable to accommodate your request. As determined in your more than 40 minute, evaluation your home is structurally sound. We hope that you received the estimate you requested from a plumbing professional and have had your home issues repaired. We do not practice deception and appreciate that our customers be honest and truthfully state what service if any we provide to them, not only for their satisfaction but also for our quality assurance.

I called Basement King LLC after having many floods in my basement. The owner came out the same day. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He showed me where the water was coming in at and told me I needed 2 pumps in my basement. I scheduled with them to come back the first week of December and they were right on time! My basement had flooded again. He didn't charge me to get the water out and they worked fast! I was impressed by the professionalism of the workers and that they explained to me what had been done when they finished. They cleaned up very good and my basement looks 100% better. I would recommend them anytime and I am scheduled to have them come back next year to remodel my basement to a den.
Description of Work: Installed 2 pumps in my basement after getting 2 feet of water out. They also repaired a long crack in the corner of my basement wall.

It went wonderful, because when they first arrived my home was a total disaster. Not only did Basement King LLC arrive in a timely manner, they were polite and gave me a good rate for the amount of work required. I was impressed with their knowledge of mold remediation and prompt service, as well as various other procedures. When they left my home it was mold and mildew free, which I can say has helped improve my asthma, and the overall health of my family.
