Barry gave a reasonable estimate and was able to itemized the work by each job. His estimate was very competitive based on other estimates I received and the quality of the work. We had a tight deadline as we wanted to finish the painting before putting the house on the market. Due to some fortunate circumstances, he was able to complete the job in a very short time frame. The total job took about 2 days. The results where great. Due to the amount of patching and sanding work there was residual dust on many of the surfaces. We would definitely use Barry again!

Barry gave a reasonable, ridiculously fast estimate (one hour after I called!), and was willing to adjust it as we thought of a few more odds and ends to add. His friendly crew came in *very* soon after we confirmed and selected colors. They did a lot of prep work and painted in 2.5 days. Everything looks *great* -- they did efficient, high-quality work! One small grumble: they could've been more careful with drop-clothing (if that's a word) during the prep work, which left a bit more cleanup than we had hoped. We would definitely use Barry again!

Barry Bush & his crew did an excellent job from start to finish. They were very professional & performed all that was stated in the estimate. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a painting contractor/handyman. We especially appreciate them working around our staff members while our office was open for business. I know this was not easy. Barry & his crew were very courteous. I give the quality of work an A+. Barry and his crew showed up on time & completed the job in a few days. They were very neat and thoroughly vacuumed the office before they left at the end of the job.

Overall, Barry was professional and competitively priced. The work completed was satisfactory. Barry was a bit backlogged so call early. Also, some work Barry won't do, so I was left doing some myself - like installing a vinyl floor.

Barry was timely, true to his word, completed all repairs requested. We were extremely satisfied with his skill, craftsmanship, and integrity.

Barry submitted the best price and his crew was punctual and did a good job. Barry showed up on a Saturday to complete the job when it could not be finished the day before as planned. After the job was complete I accidentally overpaid him for labor and materials and he promptly called and sent a refund check.

He was very easygoing and amenable, as well as punctual. However I had to finish the job, as he missed a lot of bad spots on the existing walls, and the area where the door had been looked lumpy as he had left it. He also didn't finish off a couple spots on the new wall. His estimate was significantly less than the others, and on a small job like this the biggest cost can be in traveling back and forth between coats, so I didn't give him a hard time about it, I just finished the job myself.

From estimate to completion, Barry was punctual and professional. He and his assistant arrived at 9am and went right to work patching small drywall holes from the removal of an old backsplash. Once the new tile installation was started, Barry left and his assistant did a wonderful job cutting and installing the tile - she was very conscientious around the corners and difficult areas, making sure they came out clean. He returned and they left around 5. They were back the next morning, right on time, to finish the job. They cleaned up any mess left behind. Also, Barry did not ask for payment until finishing the job and ensuring we were satisfied with the work (we provided the tile so his upfront materials cost was limited). Overall, very happy with Barry and his crew's services and will call him again.

Everything was meticulously and quite well done. His initially estimate was extremely modest, and then he ended up charging less than the estimate He shows up as he promises (no matter how bad the weather) and leaves the work area spotless.

I called Barry for a quote and he quickly responded and set up a time to see the house. When I told him I had a deadline for the work to be done by he made sure to schedule it promptly. Timely, kept in contact with me so I knew what to expect daily and who would be in the house with him. When I did not like the color I chose for the paint was very helpful in my decsion to repaint which I will do in a few weeks. I have very old plaster... did a good job hiding blemishes without my having to replaster the wall.

Barry was a pleasure to deal with. He told us where to go nearby to select colors and finishes. He arrived on time and went to work promptly, filling and sanding the damaged places in the ceiling. He returned on time the next morning, and began work by carefully covering all exposed vulnerable areas with drop cloths. He then worked continuously until the painting was complete. At all times he was courteous and pleasant, presenting no problems working around our three dogs. He answered all questions about this work and other contemplated projects. When the painting was done, he cleaned up after himself, wiping up the ocassional inevitable drips. We are eminently satisfied with the work, and fully intend to employ Barry for a number of other projects in the near future.

I actually interviewed 3 handymen, including Barry, because whomever it is, is going to be working in your home for a while and I also have pets and am concerned about them, too, so I took the time to find the right fit and without question the right fit was/is Barry. He is punctual, professional, very skilled, honest and fair in his pricing. He's also a really nice, calm guy and animal friendly ! I would not only recommend him, I plan to call him again the next time I need work done.

I eventually used a different company at around the same bid simply becuase I was an a very tight deadline and Barry was too busy to get someone out right away.

Barry did a fantastic job on the ceiling, so much so I really want all my ceilings drywalled now. The painting was very good too. Barry also fixed the damage left when the electrician rewired the second floor and did not charge me more for that. Barry and his crew are very polite and professional. I felt completely at ease having them in my home when I wasn't there. I've already got estimates for other rooms as I would be happy to have him back. One hiccup, a drywall screw went through the new wiring. Fortunately, my electrician was able to run a new wire without touching the new ceiling. Barry offered to come back and fix the ceiling for free if the electrician had to open it up.

Barry was responsive, responsible and easy to deal with. The project was small and he fit it in among his other work in a way that worked well for both of us. He also stayed with it over a very long wet summer session that kept getting in the way of sealing the roofdeck.

Barry was very responsive to our requests, estimate was right on target, very professional attitude and thorough painting job. The great value for his excellent service inspired us to actually start some more projects in the house with him. Needless to say, we are using him again very soon.

The work was excellent, Barry is a real good guy and a pleasure to do business with. The work ended up being done a good bit after Barry had initially said he would do it (a month or two later), but we were not in any rush, so we hadn't been pressing him to get started, and had no problem with that. I definitely got the feeling that he would have come over quicker if we needed him to.

It was a great experience. We're first time homeowners and clueless about painting in general. Barry took his time to explain and made us feel very comfortable about the process. His price was very good and quality was superb. His team even painted an extra door without extra charge. I would definitely recommend Barry and his team. A++
