+ -1 moreIt was a diaster. He gave me an estimate, then he disappeared. He called back and said he had ordered the parts, would be in two days. I kept calling him for a week to try and see when he would have the parts to come out and do the work. Finally I said just to lose my number.
Description of Work: I called him about a problem I was having with my stove.

+ -1 morePolite, good diagnoses, but I was ultimately forced to get another company to finish the job.
Description of Work: Repair guy came and properly diagnosed my two driers, fixed the one but was not familiar with the other on how to change the belt because he said the pulley was not in the back. Anyway, he was not able to come back to fix it because, in his defense, he did get very ill. However, he kept me hanging for a month and I had to track him down. He should have called me and I was forced to call another company to fix it. Nice guy and never charged me for the one drier, but could have handled it a little better.

+ -1 moreGREAT SERVICE! WHEN I FIRST CALLED, HE WAS READY TO COME OUT THAT DAY. THAT DIDN'T WORK SO I SCHEDULED ANOTHER TIME. THEN, WHEN I WAS HOME ON THE FOLLOWING SUNDAY AFTERNOON, HE STOPPED BY BECAUSE HE WAS IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD ON ANOTHER JOB AND DID THE JOB THEN. THIS MEANT I DIDN'T HAVE TO SCHEDULE ANY TIME OFF WORK, WHICH I APPRECIATED. HE WAS QUICK, PERSONABLE AND VERY REASONABLE. HE EVEN TOLD ME THAT A PART THAT WAS TROUBLESOME COULD BE REPLACED, OR I COULD WAIT UNTIL I REPLACED THE MACHINE. HONESTY ALWAYS WINS POINTS!
Description of Work: BOB SERVICED MY WASHER TO FIND THE CAUSE OF A LEAK, AND THEN FIXED IT.
