Description of Work: Award Co. has completed a total renovation of our master bathroom. We were nervous hiring a company to do renovations as we watch a lot of home shows and see the nightmares. Well there is no nightmares with this company. Professional, friendly and excellent workmanship is what you get. |Our new master bath is absolutely beautiful and it past the "eagle eye" test of my wife. While they were working on the master bathroom we also had other work done and priced out for future projects. Once you have a contractor that you have full confidence in, your mind starts wandering to all the new projects wanted. |I highly recommend Award Co. Jim and his son Lee have become part of the family and the dogs absolutely love them and so would anyone who hires them. Cant praise them enough.

Description of Work: Repaired exterior chimney wall that caused water damage to interior bedroom wall. Replaced cracked plaster on bedroom wall and painted entire bedroom. Sealed and caulked entire chimney exterior. Jim Ward, the owner was very professional and accommodating as he worked around our busy Christmas schedule.

 + -1 moreThe entire process of renovating my kitchen through Award Co. went very smoothly. Even when changes to the original plan were needed or added, Mr. Ward was very agreeable and easy to work with. Everything was done in a timely manner. Everything was properly protected and covered during the demolition period and all debris was removed at the end of each work day. The quality of knowledge in design, product and workmanship was excellent. During the kitchen renovation I mentioned to Mr. Ward many items throughout my home that needed to be addressed, such as replacement of my outside lights, fixing a broken automatic attic fan, and something as minor as replacing the weather stripping around my garage door, just to name a few. Each and every item was addressed and corrected by Award Co. I could not be happier or more pleased. I highly recommend this General Contractor for all your home renovations. Award Co. is dependable, easy to work with and provide excellent results!
Description of Work: Kitchen Renovation - gutted, designed and installed from floor to cabinets including new lighting, a full scale remodel. Also, while there Award Co. corrected/repaired minor items throughout my home which have needed to be addressed for some time.

 + -1 moreExcellent. Owner is professional but very personable. Time frame from start to finish and flexible work schedule made it easy. They were actually able to work around my needs as a homeowner. The craftsmanship was amazing. Needed help with recommendations for colors, textures, and materials. Jim was very knowledgeable. No need for interior decorator. Extremely pleased with entire job. Will definitely use again for future projects.
Description of Work: Master suite consisting of large bedroom, small office/exercise/sitting room joined by large bathroom. Large walk-in closet with custom built shelves.
