Vahid had quoted a price for a scope of work but he only delivered 70% of what he initially stated in the scope of work. Getting him back to finish the work was frustrating as he never showed up when he said he would and only did so after daily calls to him. Quality of work was shoddy. When we asked him to finish up the scope of work, he wanted to charge extra.

Can't believe how awful this experience was, we have used them in the past and had a great experience. Where do I start? Took him approximately 30 days longer than he said to do the work , but that would have been ok! I made the mistake of paying 90% upfront because of the previous good experience. Came to install railing and didn't have 2 of the pieces not only that the 2 columns didn't even match and he just screwed them into the house instead of anchoring them into the concrete like we discussed. I called him to let him know and he apologized and said he would be out the next week, after not showing up and not answering calls for 2 months he finally called and said he had been on vacation. Said he would be out in 2 days , still nothing and no answers. I have contacted an attorney!

How do I even begin to describe how Vahid managed to surpass my expectations. Vahid was able to listen to me for a couple minutes and knew not only exactly what I wanted but also adding his personal touch to make walking into my home literally a dream come true. Perfection, perfection, perfection. A true artist and such a kind individual. No need to look any further, pure elegance.

He does excellent work. You have to stay on top of him. He assured me there wouldn't be any damage. We went back and forth on it. I was very displeased. I told them to come out to see it. He said it was okay. Even when I clean it up, it doesn't look the same. They did not replace anything.
