Description of Work: I spoke to the folks at Atlas four times over the course of a month. I was politely promised repeatedly that someone would come over to look at our roof. One time when I called, I was told that the delay in getting someone to look at the roof was caused by the bad weather, but there were only a handful of rainy days during this time period. To date, after four weeks have passed, we still have not had anyone from Atlas examine our roof for an estimate. A waste of time.

Description of Work: Needed a repair on my roof. It was leaking. Called the company in the evening. Someone called me back in the next 10 minutes. Was very impressed considering it was after hours when I called. They came and looked at the work a day later. The repair was fixed 2 days after that.

+ -1 moreROOF WAS INSTALLED 4 YEARS AGO - NO LEAKS OR PROBLEMS. ROOFING COMPANY CONTACTED US VIA LETTER TO HAVE ROOF CHECKED AND ADD COATING. IT WAS DIFFICULT TO REACH THEM & SCHEDULE THE COATING. THEY WERE BEHIND DUE TO WEATHER ISSUES. HOWEVER, ONCE WE DID, WORK WAS SCHEDULED AND COMPLETED QUICKLY. WORK SITE WAS CLEANED UP AND ALL DEBRIS WAS REMOVED. WE HAVE HAD NUMEROUS RAINS WITH NO LEAKS! WE ARE VERY PLEASED!
Description of Work: FLOOD COAT ENTIRE ROOF WITH HOT ASPHALT. SEAL ALL OPEN FLASHINGS WITH WATERPROOF ROOFING CEMENT AND COTTON MEMBRANE FABRIC.(MAY 2005)
