+ -1 moreOverall the inspection wwas excellent. John started with the exterior of the house checking all exterior wiring and utility lines, roof, hose bibs,foundation for cracks etc. Then proceeded inside thoroughly through every room, closet, window, electric outlets, connections, utility room, lighting, etc. He explained what he was looking for, if it was acceptable, and if it was not - why not, and how it should be corrected. John prepared a report and promoised it would be completed within 24 hours and it was! He was referred to us by another home owner in the same development and we were totally satisfied with his work and highly recommend any home buyer (whether a new home or older home).
Description of Work: New construction home inspection. Mr. Arnold was punctual and very courteous. He was very meticulous in his observations and took several photos and notations during his inspection of the interior and exterior of the house. He brought all the necessary tools needed to do the job well. We walked through the house with him as he did the inspection and explained to us each time he saw good things and also things he knew were not according to building codes. He explalined what the problem was and how it should be done correctly. The inspection took approximately 2-1/2 hours.
