Very professional customer service, excellent payment and invoicing technology, technicians are on-time and courteous. High quality work. Everything about them was great, but the price is high. Minimum service charge is steep. I wish I could've found other contractors to give me an estimate. Overall happy with the experience for my repair of one window.

Windows were replaced 7/10/18. All work was excellent. The time it took to actually get to the install was just a little long I thought!

The installers were polite, professional and skilled. They were meticulous with the work and did a beautiful job. They made the windows sparkle (can I get them to come back every 6 months or so? lol) and cleaned up the works areas inside and out. The windows are beautiful too. I highly recommend ARDMOR and would use them again!

The.other company never called. This company sent their man to the wrong house. He took the part. We are waiting for him to return.

The price quoted seemed somewhat inflated however, they provided excellent customer service. They also communicated very well. The work completed seemed pretty good but there were some issues with the work several days later. They were open to coming out and fixing the issue.

They arrived at the designated time, actually a little early and finished quickly and cleanly.

Very skilled, efficient and polite technicians. Did have to wait several weeks for them to get the required replacement part.

They replaced my front windows Did a great job... were very professional BUT they took my cranks from my kitchen window to replace but never replaced them.Now my kitchen windows don’t open.

Repair person showed a few hours earlier than designated window time. He was able to dismantle double pane window, measure and temporarily mask window pane with plastic for inclement weather. Needed to order window glass. Waiting to hear about return date for repair installation. Said would take about a week or so.

I hired Ardmor to replace eight windows in my 70 year old house. Working with Ardmor was a pleasant experience from start to finish. Their customer service was exceptional, they were highly professional, and the install techs were talented, efficient, courteous and they did an amazing job. I would highly recommend Ardmor. I am planning on hiring Ardmor again when I'm ready to do my kitchen window and door.

Repair service representative arrived almost on time and completed job in one hour. Because of the service and quality of the work, I will consider having ARDMOR, Inc. replace my front door.

Overall good experience, great customer service. They came to my house and replaced a cracked window, price was a bit higher than I expected, but I guess I was paying for the immediate response and the convenience. Guys were very nice as well.

They had some scheduling issues in the beginning but after that they came out, measured, and took a deposit for the window parts that needed to be replaced. To buy a new similar quality window would cost about $400 -$500. They charged me about $300 to repair it. It actually saved me even more because it was the center of a 3 window area and If I replaced one, I’d need to replace 3 due to cosmetic reasons. The two technicians that came out were courteous, professional and nice. We have been able to use the window without issue and we are very pleased with the outcome. I would highly recommend ARDMOR, Inc!

I can only go off the estimate and customer service process which has been excellent. The work has yet to be completed. Home advisor is way to quick in sending out these review forms.

Wonderful company with pride in workmanship. We have a sunroom with three walls of windows.bour home is old and beautiful and we didn’t want to detract from our beautiful windows. Ardmore came to the rescue with full-glass storm windows that are removable for cleaning and/or painting. The installers did a stellar job and we couldn’t be happier. Thank you Ardmore Inc!
