We have an old house and the broken window mechanism was not standard. It took two extra trips for parts to get it fixed, but they did a perfect job and the price was exactly what they quoted.

I have old double hung windows of which 3 would not stay up. I called them for a quote and then set the appointment. Everything was done as asked. The workers were on time and very professional. Would definitely hire/recommend this company.
