I had a leaking window. The technician determined right away what the problem was and fixed it with caulking. He was very knowledgeable. And even though I gave him a hard time and was not sure that he was correct, he was patient with me and explained how my windows were installed. I would hire Ardmor again.

The Technician arrived shortly after the beginning of the 2 hour window we were given. He quickly went to work analyzing the problem with the three windows that needed repairs. He was able to fix two of them on the spot and gave us expectations for the repair of the third which needed new parts. We were very impressed with the service we got and thought the price was fair. We would definitely call Ardmor again

The tech that came out did a good job and courteous. He also installed a balance which wasn't on the original work order. I think their prices are VERY high.

The young man that came out was very professional. He arrived on time and, while the casement repair issue was complicated, he managed to fix it within a short period of time. If I ever need windows, or repairs in the future, I will certainly be using them.

The two young technicians worked for the whole days (10 hrs) to get three windows repaired but the glass of one windows was broken during the process and they charged me $200 for the glass. It has been more than a week now but I have not heard from them about when they are coming to replace the glass even it will be on my cost.

Ardmor has not yet come out to install my storm window, but I plan on having them do so as soon as they can. The young man who came out to estimate and measure was wonderful-forthright and informative. I have utmost confidence that the work will be done well.
