Mike was here right on time. Quickly got to work, replaced faucet fixtures and fixed our sink drain problem in no time. Was friendly very polite, and cleaned up after job was done. Job was reasonably priced. I would hire again.

The pricing is ridiculous. They charged $92.92 for so-called "limited access" to the attic. The electric cord was visible from the room downstairs, it was well lit and accessible. The only thing the technician who was a pretty short guy needed to do is to take a lightweight step stool to the attic.

Vincent was here early and found the problem right away. Gave me a fair cost for the parts and repair. He got the parts he needed fast, and had the drain repaired in no time. He cleaned up after himself and was very polite and courteous. I highly recommend their service.

The owner is AWESOME. He wants it to be done right. No matter what it takes, he is patient, thorough and goes the extra mile to make sure the work is perfectly executed. It's refreshing to see someone take so much pride in their work. My plumbing issue was complicated, and others before Aqua could not get it fixed. I called them because of their reviews and the phone call i made to Aqua BEFORE the project to discuss the issues. I could tell he knew his stuff. AQUA got it fixed. He even sent his assistant to the store 3 times to get supplies (at no extra charge) to make absolutely sure the problem was fixed. THANK YOU AQUA. You guys rock.

If my appointment had been on time I would given a 5 in all categories. Anthony took care of several problems and did it all in a timely manner. Price is fair.

I paid for this service via a home remodeling contractor as part of adding a half bath on the first floor of our home.

They came out on the coldest day of the year. They assessed the situation ans was back out early the next morning. The job was done fast and they made sure everything was working properly before they left.

They messed up the time of the appointment, but after they realized there was an issue they came out past work hours and fixed the issue.

Aqua plumbing came on time, provided great service and were very pleasant to deal with. I would hire them again.

They were great! Showed up on time, cleared the drains and tried to help me figure out what was causing the problem, and billed at the estimated rate.. what else can you ask for?

Our water main split in the middle of an ice storm and of course all of the plumbers were MIA. We were without water for the entire house for over a week. Only Aqua plumbers would return our calls but they definitely charged “snow” prices, double what another neighbor was changed when the had the same work done in the fall.

They were very professional and did more than what they quoted me. I am already looking to do some other projects and I am going to hire them.

Courteous and professional water heater installation for a price that beat the mega box stores. We even had an issue, regarding placement of the unit, that was due to miscommunication, and I was partly to blame for that. Billy called to find out details and sent Chris out to make adjustments the very next day. He made it just right. I thought the understanding, flexibility and customer service was outstanding. I will naturally consider them the next time I need plumbing help.

Got the recommendation from home advisor, aqua called up within a half hour, and came out the same day. Chris looked at what had to be done, gave a fare estimate and came out the next day and did the job. There was a small problem, but Chris handled it like a professional. When the job was completed, he didn’t leave until we were satisfied.
