On time and very thorough. We had some very small and challenging spaces to work with and they did the job. Have had no issues with any of the work that was done.

responded in a timely manner. replaced plumbing fixtures under the with PCP instead of metal which is corrosive. great job! efficient workers.

Most impressive was his timeliness. Quick to respond and was there when he said he would be. Then over and above was the quality of work - excellent. Our project required thinking out of the box to accomplish without great disruption to the project. He was good enough to think of different ways to make it work. I would hire him again without batting an eye

I hired Aqua to install a stand up shower and tile walls in place of the tub. Billy the owner gives horrible customer service. He sent his brother and brother in law to do the work. He never checked on their progress, nor did he check on how we felt about the work being done until we I complained to the brother in law about Billy's absence. Billy made up a bunch of excuses when we did complain. He initially told us it would take 3-4 days it wound up taking 8 days ( made up EXCUSES for that too saying I didn't supply him with the proper hard ware). They started Monday 10/30/17 he had the hardware Wednesday 11/1/17 they still weren't done for another 5 days 11/6/17 which meant we had to take more time off work) and only after my husband threatened to have someone else finish the job. They did not level the shower correctly, the water gathers to the left. Forgot to install the accent tile to the ceiling of my shadow box. His brothers took my senior citizens neighbors money for a job they agreed to do but never touched, and didn't come back until my neighbor threatened to hire a lawyer. His brothers (the ones that redid my shower) half installed my shower door I hired them to install. They never came back to finish the job. Two of the 8 nights they didn't leave until after 12am, they are very messy and don't respect your items. My newly installed floors and walls were scratched (noticed after I paid Billy). Thee workers (his brother & Brother in law) didn't show up til after 9am we were told they would be there at 8am. Once the job was completed After 12am on 11/6/17 we received a call bright and early 8 am on 11/7/17 for payment from guess who??? Yep Billy that was the only time he got it right! I would not recommend or refer Aqua plumbing to anyone EVER, as far as I'm concerned I will not us Home Advisory to hire anyone else due to the very bad taste aqua plumbing left us with! Aqua's response is nothing but more excuses and lies for their incompetence and unprofessionalism. My husband received an angry call from aqua asking him to remove my review. One, that's not going to happen because the review was true. If you guys continue to harass us we will take legal actions.

Excellent, excellent experience, could not have been better! Reliable, on time, called when promised, helpful, neat, cleaned up after, pleasant and very knowledgeable. Very fair pricing with senior and military discount. These guys are a treasure!

Called them with a leaking toilet, so time was of the essence. Not kidding, they were at my door within 10 mins. Took their time, fixed the leaking toilet and then noticed a problem with the valve next to the toilet. Repaired both in about an hour. Phenomenal. Would recommend highly.

At first you would think that they charge a lot of money to install a water service. Billy broke it down so it was easy to see how the plumber really doesn't make a lot off a job like this and the price is because there are so many different contractors involved. The city charges roughly half the cost $1500 and then there's the backhoe operator, the concrete people, the street repair people. They were fast too. They started at 6Am and were done by 10AM.

Aqua Plumbing came in did an excellent job, they were professional, knowledgeable and thoughtful. I will hire them any time I have plumbing problems.

He did do couple jobs for me. The new water heater was fantastic. It was a good job at a good price.
