+ -1 moreshort wait. tech did a thorough analysis. recommended using it again for awhile, and if problem persisted, drop it off for full service, for a fee.
Description of Work: techs will do an analysis of your problems, do a quick tune-up on your computer, and give advice - or offer to keep it for service if necessary.

+ -1 moreThey didn't charge me anything, and another store wanted to charge me $40 just to look at it. They are professional. They know what they're doing. They are friendly and helpful.
Description of Work: I had a DVD stuck in the disc drive. They took it out and fixed the drive.
