Description of Work: Jeff came by for an energy audit. Unlike previous estimates where I was told I needed a bigger central air unit and $10k of work, Jeff assured we would need only insulation done at 20% of the cost. His audit was extremely thorough, and Jeff was informative throughout the process. Excited to have him install the insulation once I get another job, as I unfortunately was laid off before he could do the work I asked.

Description of Work: I was surprised in a good way. I thought the owner and maybe 1 other person would be doing the job. Several trucks came, about 8 people. They came into the house with a roll of plastic, cutting it and laying it down so they would only walk on the plastic. They had a truck heating up semiliquid insulation that filled in spaces along the outer wall, and another truck was pumping insulation up to lay on my attic floor. It was done quickly, very responsive people. Most of all, I already a notice a warmer difference in the house thanks to openings being filled in with insulation. A blower door test was done over a month ago and after insulation was put in place, and the house was in the range of appropriate amount of air coming into the house, but it was without the large amount of air turnover that occurred before the work was done. I wished I had the blower door test done prior to buying the house. Very happy with a warmer house.
