 + -1 moreI ended up discontinuing with them because of poor service. In my opinion they didn?t honor the contract or the services under this contract and I was not supposed to pay them anything. They argued that for some reason I should pay and they made me pay. The oil burner was working fine until they came out and cleaned it. Then it started acting bad. The contract was pretty cheap. They were pretty good with responding. I would not use their services again in the future.
Description of Work: I used All Temp for my heating and air conditioning. I last used their services over a year ago. They came out in January 2010. We had a service contract with them for my heating. I had a problem with the heater; it was using too much of oil. I was under a contract with them for annual cleaning. So after they did that, the oil burner started using excess of oil. So I complained and they came right out. They charged me to fix the original problem. So I got rid of them.
