I would look elsewhere. I have a home warranty contract and All City was assigned the job. Sharif came out (very nice and professional) and could not figure out how to unclog our drain. All he used was a hand crank snake and couldn't clean the clog. Had to go to Home Depot to even get a replacement trap. What plumber doesn't carry a stand 1-1/4" trap on his truck. He said he would be back in a couple of days to replace the entire drain line behind the wall. After he left I noticed that all the traps he removed (to use the snake) were leaking because he never replaced the collar washers properly. I replaced them with new ones myself to save time. He never showed again and the warranty company had to assign another plumbing company,Main Line Plumbing, to do the work, using a heavy duty motorized snake, which worked perfectly.

TERRIBLE!! Avoid this company at all costs! They came out three times to try and fix our water pump which was constantly running. They ended up making it leak, causing extensive mold and water damage in our basement. We ended up having to sue this company in court in order for their insurance company to finally get involved and settle with us. Nate Taylor was extremely rude to my wife over the phone as well, blaming her for everything of course, and not taking any responsibility for the terrible work of his "plumbers".

My water heater broke on Tuesday, I place order with Lowes on Wednesday to install the water heater. They contracted the installation to this company and this company gave me the earliest appointment for a Saturday between 12 - 4. I was eagerly waiting for them to come and install the water heater. The installation guy called me at 11:40am and said that he is running late and will reach after 4pm but will give me a call before arriving. My bad I stepped out of the house at 3pm thinking that they will call me before arriving and I was 10 mins away from the house. When I did not receive any call till 4:50pm, I called them and they did not pick up so I left a voice mail asking when are they arriving. After I did not hear for another 25 mins, I called again at 5:15 and asked when are they arriving, they said that they came and left and won't come back and I need to reschedule. I asked why didn't you call, they had no good answer. They said they never said they will call. I requested them to come back as I have a 9 month old baby then they said that they will talk to their boss. After that they never called and all my calls were going to their voice mail. I am very disappointed in their professionalism and service. I DO NOT recommend them for any kind of service. They have bad reviews across the board. Please refrain from hiring them.

Marvin from All City Plumbing came to my building to look at a leak in a drain line. All City Plumbing was selected by CHOICE Home Warranty (who are also terrible) to deal with the claim I filed to have the leak fixed. Marvin came out to my building, took some pictures and received a deposit (this is required by the home warranty company). I later received a call from CHOICE Home Warranty explaining that, much to my surprise, they would not cover the repair (and for this I will be filing a complaint and also a bad review on this site). Whatever All City told CHOICE led to no work being covered and All City Plumbing getting a deposit to take some pictures. So I still wanted to know how much it would cost to repair the pipe so I contacted Marvin and spoke with him and he explained that he would have to get back to me with an estimate which seemed strange considering All City Plumbing had already been in contact with my warranty company. Regardless, I waited for Marvin to get back to me for a few days and then called back and left a message. At this point I have not heard back from anyone at All City Plumbing and I do not expect to hear from anyone. Complete lack of professionalism and I feel totally ripped off.

Terrible!! The worst experience I've ever had with a drain clearing service. They were contracted to snake out a main drain which periodically will clog (approximately every 7-10 yrs). To start I had to tell the so called technician where to insert his snake, (the clog was at the rear of the house, he wanted to route from the front), after he had wasted around an hour and a half. Then his router kept falling apart, the drum kept falling off the machine. After several attempts at clearing the line he complained that the snake was "bouncing back" indicating that that pipe was busted and in need of replacement. He claimed to have traveled 20ft down the line but it didn't look that far to me. He suggest that the line be replaced, it's buried beneath the floor in the basement, and I knew that job would be expensive running into the 1,000's of dollars. I dismissed him and he presented me a service fee of better than $185.00, for an uncompleted job?? When I sent a complaint to the manager he replied and expressed his regret when I informed that another company came out immediately the next day and cleared the line in under 25 minutes and @ a price lower than his. He stated that he would refund my money, but as of this date I haven't a penny of my money. Unfortunately I can not find one good thing to say on behalf of this company, however I can state to anyone interested, save yourself time and money, find another plumber, don't use this guy!
