Dominick did a great job with the cleaning and inspection. He was very professional and answered all my fireplace questions. The office manager Lori was very helpful and pleasant while making my appointment which I had to change a couple of times. The price was very reasonable also. I am happy that I chose Alined. I will re-schedule next year.

I had several estimates for my project and I decided on Alined. Dominick explained the project in terms that I could understand and pictures were taken of the inside of the chimney and the outside. I could see that the chimney liner needed to be replaced. They also fixed the brick work on the roof of the chimney. My husband also asked Dominick to fix something that had nothing to do with this project and he did it without charging extra. It was taping up the exhaust pipe that was a little loose. We were very pleased with the work. Everything was neat and they cleaned up after they finished. I would recommend them.

I previously hired DnG Complete Home to seal a chimney leak from the capstone. John, installed a chimney cap and supposedly sealed the chimney and capstone. However, the leak continued. I paid them over $5,000.00 and could not get them to return. I have copies of our texts if anyone is interested. After many frustrating calls and a run around, I gave up and called Alined Chimney. Dominick was friendly and professional. Dominick, found that John of DnG did not apply the mortar evenly leaving several holes in which water could enter. Dominick also sealed the capstone all for $870.00. Leak fixed. I wish I had discovered Dominick and Alined Chimney much sooner.

There doesn?t seem to be much organization with this company. Once I opened up my projects on Home Advisor, this was the first company to call to schedule an estimate. The gentleman that called was respectful, seemed personable enough and was willing to work with my schedule. Once the initial appointment was set, the office called me back twice for two different appointment times to reschedule me. However, the gentleman that was doing to work was willing to work with the original dates. They seemed nice, but I was confused and frustrated with their lack of organization and respect for my time. Thus, I found another company to complete the work and I am unsure of the quality of their work. Hopefully, they will give everyone else that solicits their expertise a better experience.

I really appreciated how they responded. Dominick was very courteous. He inspected my chimney issue immediately and provided detailed estimates. I am above satisfied with his work and I would be happy to have him do any further chimney if the need arises.

I was very satisfied with every detail of the work that was done. They were timely, clean up everything The project was the best. I had the same work done a few years ago by DnG CompleteHome, all of their work had to be Corrected and Replaced.

Dominic and his crew were friendly and very professional. They listened to my concerns and made sure they addressed them. When the work was completed they left the work area clean and neat. It's not often you will find craftsmen that you feel comfortable letting them work in your home, but with these guys you will. Nobody enjoys forking over money for a project, but at least with these guys you feel your money was well spent. I can't thank them enough for the excellent service they provided. I would not hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone who needs work on their chimney.
