Highly recommend for the cleaning up after the job was completed.Job done I a timely manner. Very professionally work. The team of workers did a great job on the back of my home which needed brick work and masonry. I would recommend them strongly.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! The first appointment they canceled and rescheduled. The second appointment was given a 3-5 start window. Nobody ever showed up; no call no nothing, So I called them at 5:30 and was told somebody would be there by 6:30. At 7:10 I got a text asking me to reschedule. For this 3rd appointment, I was given a 1-3 start time window and was yet again completely blown off.

I had a very good experience with Dominick and his team. I urgently needed a chimney liner installed in a 3-story house and a chimney re-brick. He and his team were able to accomplish this within 24 hours with good communication and clean up. It was a great job. Thank you.

DO NOT HIRE. The WORST contractor that have done work on my house in 25 years. A one week project took seven weeks. The worker showed up whenever. Dominic never came back to inspect the work. He said that the worker was sending him pictures and everything looks good, but it was not good. I had to manage the work myself or else they would have skipped over everything that was promised. I threaten to fire them several times and finally did. Using them was a nightmare. I am not sure how they are still in business.

These guys came out the same day as the phone call they were clean professional and efficient I would definitely hire them again

I was in need of someone to come out same day for a chimney cap and who was responsible priced. I spoke to two other computer before this one and they had the best prices. Service was done so professionally and quite that I didnâ t even realize he was done.. when the tech called I thought he was calling to tell me he was there but he was already done. I got what I needed in a great time.

They came to work on our flue pipe that was connected to our chimney /water heater. After they finished the work we had a leak in our basement. Few days after that our plumbing pipe fell down. Alindec Chimeny offered to give us a partial refund for damages, make sure to have a contract with any company before they do the work. They give us a refund for the damages.

I hired this company last year for fireplace repair. This guy who owned the company Dominique did not fulfill any promise he stated he was going to do. He sent a contractor to do the job in which they became scammers. I will tell you more about it later. He then promised to come over our house and sweep, waterproof our chimney in which he never fulfilled. He stood us up multiple times and never had a valid excuse. His contracted workers did not do the job correctly. We still had vegetation still growing from our chimney. The contractors were scammers too. They wrongfully appropriated funds from me promising me a job the never did $500 from us when they asked us for a deposit on another job we hired them for. Please do not hire this guy. I think Dominique was part of the scam because he was fired due to him standing us up. His office is not even in Philadelphia. He is based in the New York area.

Dominick installed a chimney liner and did masonry work on a 3 story home in South Philly for me. He was prompt and up front with what was needed and was able to complete the job in 1 day, prior to me moving in. He even went the extra step by helping me turn on my gas line and relight my pilot lights. Excellent customer service and would highly recommend!

Dominick installed a chimney liner and did masonry work on a triplex in West Philadelphia. He promptly responded to my request for an estimate. He and his crew worked into the night to complete this very big project. I felt the price was fair considering the scope of work. I would hire him again in a heartbeat. Dominick was very polite and professional.

I would not recommend Dominic to anyone. The service was not up to par and argued with me when I try to communicate with him which made things difficult. I wish he could have done more work on the fireplace. If he could not complete the project I wish he would have stated that from the beginning.

I am very upset. Work that was promised was not done. He did 3 quarters of the work, did not show pictures. Before paying rest of the job I was promised pictures. I cannot walk and needed the pictures. My aid or son are not happy with the work performed. SP made charges to my card with my permission. I am disputing the charges with my credit card company.

I paid $2200 for them to re-stucco my wall, replace my header, and put a waterproofing coat on my exterior wall. Now it is currently RAINING at my house. They did not contact me on the day of the job I had to call them 3 times in order to finally get them to come out and do the work after I paid the deposit. Then when they finally came, they rushed the entire job. HORRIBLE service. I do not recommend them to anybody.

Prior to hiring Dominick and co. I had two other estimates and encounters with two other co's. But once I met Dominick I knew he was the man for the job. There were some challenging moments before the job was finished but he was relentless and he went above and beyond and he will be doing some concrete work for me in the near future. Great job!

Mr. Dominick was very nice. Great job! Came a day early/same day; I notice the email(paper work) did not state acceptable type of payment. I gave Mr. Dominick a call to ensure he would take a personal check. (top of the chimney was damage-Install liner on the heater and replace rusted cap on the fire place and resealed/ the top of the chimney)

Alined Chimney is superior to any other chimney company I've hired over the years. Knowledgeable, flexible, honest, highly competent. Couldn't recommend more highly!

Dominick and his team were easy to work with and professional. They came out to replace the chimney liner in our old row house, which turned into a more extensive project than expected. He clearly communicated all additional work that had to happen (including ripping out part of a wall and rebuilding our chimney stack) and went above and beyond to ensure that all work was done quickly, so we could return to life as usual. Highly recommend!
