I CALLED WITH THE PROBLEM ON MONDAY AND THEY SCHEDULED ME FOR TUESDAY. THE TECHNICIAN CALLED TO CONFIRM WHEN THEY TOLD ME ON MONDAY & HE CAME OUT AND DID THE JOB WELL. HE MADE 1 QUICK TRIP BACK FOR A PART & MADE ALL THE REPAIRS WITHIN 1 HOUR. I WAS VERY PLEASED.

Joe was very helpful, looked it over thoroughly and tested all the pilots, burners, thermostat etc., and took the time to explain to me some things about the stove and stoves in general. Well worth it.

Easily diagnosed problem, ordered part, came back to reinstall.

Our washer stopped working and a circuit board needed to be replaced. After it was done it blew again and it turned out that there was a short that was damaging all the circuit boards in the washer. A J Appliance kept working and replacing parts until everything was fixed and running properly. It required many trips and they were always prompt and reliable. They are excellent repairmen who stand by their work.

It went very well. They arrived on time and completed the work within an hour. Everything has been working fine since then. Courteous and professional.

AJ's was great. I called yesterday after GE said the earliest they could send out a repairman was 12/27! So I found AJ's on Angie's List and they were very accommodating for my time. The repairman came to our house the very next day at 7:30 am on his way to work! I wasn't late and now I can cook Christmas dinner!! I really appreciated him coming so early and the next day as well. He was in and out within 20-25 minutes. He was very cordial and professional. I will call them to service our heater soon.

The workman showed up on time, early even, and quickly finished the assessment and repair.

AJ APPLIANCE INC booked the appointment for the next morning, confirmed the appointment that evening and called in the morning to state the repair man's arrival window. They worked with me to understand the problem and bring the expected parts that required replacement. This made the repair one trip instead of two. The repairman was on time, quick, professional and courteous. In fact, he is dropping of a small bracket, without a delivery charge, for the bottom storage drawer that is hanging incorrectly.

A great experience. I got an appointment 2 days after calling and then a call that morning with a time of arrival. The repairman was prompt, professional and thorough.

Very well: two repairmen arrived promptly, set right to work, finished in an hour, answered any questions I had very politely.

My dryer was making a loud noise and seemed to be getting so hot the clothes smelled burnt when they came out. They came out to look at it and decided it was probably the blower that needed to be replaced, but it might also be the thermostat. Since the thermostat was only a couple dollars, he suggested replacing that as well, to save on the travel and labor costs. Turned out, the blower wasn't bad, it was just clogged with lint. They cleaned it out, replaced the thermostat and didn't replace the blower, which saved us the cost on the parts. Honest, thorough, fast and reliable service.

They were on time, and they were willing to call me at work 10 minutes ahead of their arrival, so that I could meet them at home. Two technicians came and they were friendly and thoroughly explained the problem. $60 seems reasonable to me.

My initial call to A J Appliance Parts & Service was to see if my very old, very large window air conditioner could be repaired. After I was told that the compressor was no longer working I decided to buy a new air conditioner and have it installed by A J Appliance Parts & Service. The repairman took measurements and offered to purchase the new air conditioner for me. Arrangements were made to do the installation before my normal work hours so that I could be at work on time. The two installers, Joe and his son, were very professional and did a first rate job in the removal and replacement of my dining room window air conditioner. I highly recommend this company, and will definitely use them again.

This company did everything they said they would the first time around. The representatives on the phone were efficient, polite, and gave correct information. The repair tech was efficient and proficient. He knew exactly what needed to be done and did it. The tech was personable, professional, and someone I was comfortable having in my house. I would recommend AJ Appliance Parts and Service to everyone.

My dryer broke during a weekend and I called AJ Appliance and left a message. I was called promptly on Monday and a repair person came out the next day. He made the diagnosis quickly, but stated that I would need a new part (thermister) and it would take a few days to get the part in the shop. The next Monday I was called and told that the part was now in the shop. They sent out a repairman that same day. Unfortunately, there was a second part also broken (the control panel). They ordered the second part and gave it to me at cost. The second part arrived in a few more days and the repair person came out and installed the part quickly. They have a one-year warranty on parts.

Staff was very professional. Showed up and called when promised. Technicians made a total of three (3) home visits for the above total price, with two technicians in attendance each time. The first visit was for the estimate. The second was for the disconnection of the old dryer and the final was for the connection of the new dryer.

They were supposed to call in the morning to let me know what time they were coming, but did not. I called, and got a 3 hour window. They arrived an hour after the end of the window, with no call. I know this is standard practice for repairmen, I was just expecting something better based on the other comments. Once they arrived, they did quickly analyze the problem, and I decided that I should replace the machine rather than do the repairs they recommended (due to the machines age and cost of repairs and time to get repairs done).

Company returned my call promptly and called to confirm appointment. Service person came on time, and was polite, friendly, and very reasonably priced. I would definitely use them again for any repair.

I sent an e-mail Sunday evening and phoned Monday morning. They set a repair date for Tuesday. Working around my calendar, they promised 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., then called at 9:30 and said they would arrive before noon. They did. They crew was prompt, polite and clean. I will use them again and recommend them highly.

Excellent! The initial call to set up an appointment put me at ease right away. The person receiving my request didn't act like they'd be doing me a huge favor by coming out. Then, the repairman was here precisely when he said he'd be. Furthermore, he was very personable and efficient. (I was actually beginning to think these traits were a thing of the past!) It's easy to see why these guys rank at the top of your list. I'll call on them again without hesitation as well as recommend them to others.

THEY CAME OUT THE NEXT DAY AFTER I CALLED, AND THEY WERE QUITE PUNCTUAL. THEY DID EXACTLY WHAT THEY SAID THEY'D DO.

AJ appliance answered my call at the time I called, made an appointment with me, called to confirm the appointment, and came when they said they would come. They easily found the problem and fixed it quickly and inexpensively. I will be calling them again for my next appliance repair!
