Airtight had installed our heating and air conditioning systems and duct work about 4 years ago. Aside from the occasional minor issues, everything had been working well enough until about 2 months ago when the heater couldn't keep up with the cold. Our thermostat was set to 71, and it was a rare occasion for the temperature to rise above 65 on the main floor, with the rest of the house much colder. Despite the fact that the temperature was much lower than the set point, the heater wouldn't turn on, and when it did it would only do so for about 10 minutes before shutting off again for a very long time. After several calls and being shuffled back and forth between various repairmen, we finally got an appointment. The appointment lasted all of 10 minutes, after which we were told "I think the problem is fixed," but the technician didn't stick around to see if it actually was. Of course the problem wasn't fixed. We went through 3 more appointments like this, where we were told "it should be working now" but no one would stay around to verify that anything had been fixed. If you count the one appointment that was cancelled on us three hours after the repairman was supposed to show up, that makes for a total of 5 appointments over a period of more than a month. After the last visit, the heater did seem to work for two days, but then stopped again. At this point we were told that they wouldn't be able to help us anymore because they didn't really do service calls, just installation (after making 4 service visits) and because they didnt work with our particular brand of furnace (which they installed). I would HIGHLY recommend that you look elsewhere for service/installation of a heating or cooling system.

they were there when they said they would on time dressed proffesional . very clean drop clothes every where they called 2 days after install to see how every thing is going . yesterday they dropped off a gift card for the homedepot $50.00
