Description of Work: Adam provides support for my learning how to use my iMac more effectively. He answers questions and teaches me new procedures. He covers theory and minor details. He is very pleasant, professional, and helpful. He is very smart but doesn't mind going over "dumb" questions. His fee is very reasonable in light of his exceptional experience and skill.
