We were impressed with Anthony when he came to give the estimate. On the work day he used drop clothes all the way from the door to the bathroom. He provided information we needed to make decisions. The work looked good when it was done and the clean up was impressive. After the grout had dried, some of it discolored and the plumbing in the pipes connected to the faucet leaked a few drops. Ad * Hoc responded right away, coming the same day to do the repair. So far we have been pleased with the fix.
Description of Work: Remove and replace 3 sq. ft. of tile in tub enclosure. Installed new faucet.

JUST WANT TO ADD THAT THE “MISUNDERSTANDING ABOUT SCHEDULE TO INSTALL FAUCET” WAS WITH THE FIRST PLUMBER THEY HAD. THAT PLUMBER HAD TOLD THEM TO HAVE THE TILE GUY DO THE TILE FIRST THEN HE WOULD COME BACK TO INSTALL THE FAUCET. ONE REASON WHY NOT TO DO THE TILE FIRST IS THAT THE HOLES OR OPENING LEFT IN THE TILE FOR THE FAUCET MAY NEED CHANGE IN SIZE, SHAPE OR LOCATION WHILE FAUCET INSTALLATION.
