Absolute Complete Services was assigned to perform the work by my warranty company, Total Protect Home Warranty. I live in a very large city. Absolute Complete's man called me and asked for help in finding my address. This was already past the appointment time. It seems his GPS was sending him around in circles, and he said he could not find my street. I gave him directions. He arrived about an hour late for the appointment. The fellow came in regular street clothes without tools. The vehicle was not a plumbing truck. He looked at the drain using his telephone for lighting. He did not have a flashlight. After looking at the drain, he started to complete a bill. He said I had to pay $75.00 up front before any work could be done. I said I have never paid for a repair before the work was done. I said I would pay him after the work was completed. I called both the warranty company and Absolute Complete. The warranty company said that it would be ok to pay before the work was done. I considered doing so but asked both Absolute Complete's man and representative on the phone for assurance that they would complete the work. They would not give me that assurance. They said they had to still get authorization from the warranty company. They were in contact with the warranty company all along. Since Absolute could not assure me they would complete the work, I said I would not pay them the $75 until after the work was completed. We could not agree about this. At this point, I told the man that he could leave now. He left with no payment. I later called Total Protect Home Warranty, the warranty company, and complained about Absolute Complete Services. The warranty company apologized for my experience with Absolute Complete. They said they would have another plumbing company do the work. I do not recommend Absolute Complete Services. They should be avoided.

The technician came to check what was wrong in a couple days after we placed the call to the warrenty company. He figured the compressor was damaged, the warranty company placed an order for a replacement. Then absolute complete was nowhere to be found, the phone number was always busy and went to voicemail. Leaving a voicemail meant it was never returned. finally after numerous calls to the warranty company they called and made an appointment to come and fix the HVAC, only to cancel last minute due to unprofessional reasons. This happened twice. Finally 7 weeks after the first inspection was done, the AC was fixed.
Description of Work: fixed the HVAC system. This was a sub-contractor sent to us by our home warranty company, we did not select them. The cost of service for us for hence just the co-pay.

Horrible.
Description of Work: This company was sent to my home by my home warranty company to address a leak I had in my living room ceiling. I was given a time window of 3-6PM with a phone call 20 minutes before. I gave both my work and cell number and my hours at work. I finally got a call at 7 PM stating they had been trying to call me several times since 4PM to let me know they would be late. A check of my work voicemail revealed there was one call that came at 5:42PM. I'd advised that I work from 8-4:30 PM. Finally the plumber shows up at 8PM with an attitude and very small drop cloth. He walks right in and announces that he must collect the $100 deductible from the home warranty up front, before he even begins work. After some dialogue back and forth he finally agrees to cut into the sheetrock so he can see where the water was leaking from. He looks up there, with my flashlight as his didn't work properly and I guess he only had the one, and determines it must be coming from the HVAC line that is running up there. He tracked dirt all over my house, did the sloppiest job taking down the sheetrock and it turns out, the leak was coming from a pipe. I explained to him that I had a problem with another pipe that backed up in one of the bathrooms, which was eveident from the loud gurguling noise it makes after you run the water, and he explained that noise was fine. I wondered if he gets that noise in his own house. Incidentally, the HVAC tech came out and found the leak coming from the plumbing system within 10 minutes.

I bought a home Warrenty plan from a company called HMS national. On 1/14 I reported 3 leaky sinks. They sent out someone to assess what was needed, this person was from absolute complete services. He looked at what was needed then made himself at home on my sofa and played with my dogs. He wouldn't leave. I then paid the $100 deductible. As he was leaving he stood in the door and wanted to know where his Christmas bonus was "do you realize how much money your saving, where is my Christmas bonus". Gave him another $25 cash to get rid of him. He told me a plumber would be here on Friday, on Thursday I received the confirmation call. The plumber was a no show on Friday. I was promised to be reimbursed $50 for wasting my day. The plumber came out on Monday but had the wrong parts because he was told the wrong information. Since then no one returns my calls. I have called HMS national dozens of times and get the same story. They put me on hold, come back on line to say they will take care of this or escalate this to a supervisor. Keep in mind that one sink is so bad I change a soaking wet bath towel every several hours. If I go out I need a mop. I don't even want to see my next water bill not to mention the water damage to the bathroom cabinet. I did bring this up to HMS national and was told oh well we are not responsible so there is yet another expense. Anyway I call HMS national, the home Warrenty company, for the last time and was very clear I wanted an answer. Got the same story regarding them talking to a supervisor. I told them I wanted a follow up call letting me know the status by the end of business yesterday, 2/5. No call as usual. I'm at a loss. I paid for the home Warrenty, I paid the deductible for the claim, I paid the idiot that came out a $25 tip and I'm losing money everyday and HMS national is ignoring the whole situation. My suggestion is when you buy a house and you are offered a home Warrenty plan make sure it's not HMS national, I'll file another complaint on them, this complaint is against absolute complete services. If you hire a plumbing company or a company sends you a plumber from absolute you would be wise to politely ask them to leave. Do not even let them in your house because they won't leave without a cash tip.
