Description of Work: I had a bedbug infestation. Marty came and inspected. He helped me map out the treatment plan. Then he came back and treated my house. He was very thorough, working methodically, treating furniture, baseboards and accessories as necessary. I haven't had a single bed bug bite since.

Description of Work: I called on June 11th and gave the receptionist our information and I got a returned call and service that day. I was happy to go with someone local and he did a great job checking out our place and providing the most appropriate treatment. So far, we are very happy with the results, but will likely need a follow-up. I would highly recommend this company!

+ -1 moreHe actually gave us advice on our foundation and how to keep the mice from getting. Other exterminators just wanted to use poison. He was punctual and reliable. He was very helpful and easy to communicate with. I felt really confident that he was looking at the whole picture. He was less expensive than other exterminators and gave more information and was more thorough.
Description of Work: They came out to give advice on mouse extermination.

+ -1 moreWe never used the service because no matter how many times I called the company never called back.
Description of Work: We potentially have a bed bug problem. I called Aardvark and explained that my wife was in the hospital and I wanted to try to determine if we had bedbugs and then treat for them. I understood they had a dog that could help locate problems. I spoke to the owner's son and explained that I wanted to solve the problem before my wife returned from the hospital. The person I spoke to said they would get back to me. After not hearing from for several days, I called several more times and explained the urgency of the situation, but no one ever called back. Very unprofessional behavior.

+ -1 moreTheir service was fantastic. He got on all fours and did a lot of work. He put his own traps and gave me additional traps. He even moved the refrigerator. He checked all over the house for other entry points. He sprayed the outside with the pesticide so that they do not die inside and cause a stench. He called me and kept me informed when he was running late, but he was here when he said he was going to.
Description of Work: Aardvark Pest Management Inc helped with the mice problem in my kitchen last week.

+ -1 moreHe was very considerate. He sat down with me and talked to me about how it wasn't my fault that the bugs got in. He explained everything to me. He also told me that if anything came back to call him and he would come back free of charge.
Description of Work: He had some kind of gel and put it in all of the creaks around the inside of my house. He put some in the corners and on the deck.

He went over what he was going to do for us in detail before he performed the work, explaining how environmentally conscious they are about spraying and using chemicals. We were very pleased with this and the fact that he was so detail oriented. We will definitely use him again if we ever have to.
Description of Work: We had a black ant problem and they came out and sprayed the exterior of our 1800 square foot home. They took approximately a half hour to do so and this was not part of a service contract nor were there any signed up for.
