They came out within an hour of me calling, and unclogged the sewer line within 15 minutes. They only charged me $100, which I found to be very fair for the quality of work that they did. They were very professional and I would recommend them.

After contacting several contractors who either refused the job or failed to show up to a scheduled appointment I spoke with Brandon who clearly understood what needed to be done and took on the job. He was able to schedule me in at a time that worked for me, showed up right on time and went right to work. The completed job exceeded my expectations in every regard including timeliness, quality of work and even price; coming in over $100 less than his quoted estimate. I plan on hiring A1 again in the near future.

The guys were punctual, courteous, professional and friendly. The job was completed in a little over an hour to our total satisfaction. We were so pleased we've even given our neighbor a business card (that we asked for)!

We had a valve leaking that needed to be completed same-day so that we could pass our home inspection the following morning. After trying a few others that were unresponsive and/or unavailable, I called Brandon in a panic, explained the situation and he was at our home within 30 minutes. The work being performed didn't take him long, but from what I understand, he was in the middle of something else and left to get our job completed. He was professional and nice and on his service alone, I'd recommend him. Thank you!!

Brandon responded quickly to schedule the work. He arrived on time with his co-worker. They disconnected/removed an old radiator and capped the pipes/lines. Their work was clean and efficient. The price was very reasonable and they didn't try to up-sell. I would definitely hire them again in the future, and I will be recommending this company to friends in the area.

We were very happy with their work. Our regular plumber was out of town and I called A-1 on a Saturday morning. We had a leak from our bath tub that was visible on the living room ceiling. Brandon was very responsive and came Monday morning at 9 am to fix it. We spoke on the phone and I sent him pictures of the bath tub plumbing and living room ceiling. I recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

Great. Brandon is always on time and addresses any plumbing issues completely. In this case he helped me determine if my water heater was under warranty which saved a lot of money in replacing it.

Directly below the newly installed upstairs toilet, A small dark stain appeared on the downstairs ceiling some weeks later and became a larger stain months later. No dripping. Plumber returned August 2016 . Asked for $350 to try again; reinstall same toilet with another wax ring.. And now we have a 1 foot square hole cut out of our downstairs bathroom ceiling

Excellent. Called to see if we could get an estimate for work, 2 men were sent the same day I called and actually completed the work the same day. Responsive - great work - good price. Extremely happy. Other work is needed on our home, we will be calling in the next few weeks and using this company for any work they will do.

I cannot say enough about the work Brandon did. Our house had a dryer unit that died. It was inconveniently located at the bottom of our basement stairs, in front of our heater, and vented out into the garage. In addition you needed to jump the dryer electrical cord and squeeze in between the heater/utility sink to access the washer. A1 was able to re-locate all three items to the opposite wall setting up the necessary piping to do so. A new basement window was also ordered and installed. This was done quickly and efficiently. It is so much more convenient and functional. I will be using them in the future for other projects and highly recommend them.

Brandon came on time and completed the work quickly. This was my third time using A1 Handyman and the high level of service has been consistent. He and his assistant are a pleasure to deal with and I cannot recommend Brandon highly enough. Satisfaction every time. I also asked him to flush my 3 water heaters and he said they did not need flushing. I so appreciate not being taken advantage of as I am a senior on a limited income.

Technician arrived on time and installed everything and tested each with me. The technician cleaned up after himself and did not leave a mess.

Missed first appointment (my fault), contractor was understanding. Second appointment contractor was on time. Explained what had to be done and explained in detain the problem and possible solutions. Completed work and cleaned up when finished. In addition to Special there was a charge of $110.00 for supplies not included in Special Price. Even with having to pay additional charge I would rehire Company and refer.

Everything went extremely well. Arrived on time, got the work done quickly with no mess and the cost was reasonable. Nice, friendly guys! Highly recommend them.

I contacted A1 Handyman & Home Plumbing Services through an e-mail. I had a response the same day and scheduled to meet Eric. I was immediately impressed with Eric's knowledge and honesty. Eric gave me an estimate for the work to be completed. I scheduled the work and then added several other items as the original work was being completed. Eric was extremely accommodating and helpful. I would use A1 again if other needs arise and would highly recommend A1 to anyone needing contracting or plumbing work.
