I wrote to A1 on a Sunday not thinking I would here from him until the next day. Well, I got a response a short time later! I was able to get an appointment for the very next Wednesday and not only was he punctual but he got here early! He was quick, neat, and very nice. I will definitely be using A1 again!!

Brandon was prompt and ready to go. He did the work quickly and well, checking to be sure there were no leaks. When it turned out that the shut-off valves did not work, Brandon solved the problem and offered advice for what to do about it. I am very glad to have found this company.

They were efficient, courteous, and did excellent work.

1. Brandon answered the A1 phone around 7pm when I only expected to leave a message. 2. Fairly sure it was a simple issue, he patiently walked me through starting the dishwasher, canceling the cycle, checking the drain, the disposal, etc,. until I got it right. (I had trouble with the cancel function). 3. A1 will be the FIRST I call next time we have a plumbing issue!

I called Brandon after seeing his faucet replacement deal on Angie's list since we had a leaking faucet and weren't sure if it needed to be replaced. Brandon came by to check it out and recommended we replace the faucet based on a few issues he pointed out. The faucet we picked out ended up being an issue since it required both the faucet and drain to be replaced. Brandon explained the situation including the additional cost since it was not just a faucet replacement. He offered that we could get a different faucet to keep the cost of labor down. We went with the faucet/drain we had already purchased and Brandon installed it right away. The new faucet looks great and he even scrubbed some old grout that had been on the sink without asking (it had been annoying us for years!). I would definitely hire Brandon again!

I called and sent pictures of the faucet. He explained since it was so old it would a lot of money to replace. He said the wall would have to docked downed.

It was terrific. Went above and beyond to help me especially when water being turned on caused a geyser due to unexpected cracked pipe. Not only will I use them again, I already have them scheduled for next week to take care of a few more plumbing issues. Thanks to Angie's list I found A1 handyman and plumbing services!

We got along great, we came to a very mutual decision that it would not work out for this price because I would have had to do some renovations to my house in order for the work to be done correctly. He was a very amiable and nice guy and he was also very honest.

Plumber showed up when he said he would. Completed work in short order. Tested work to make sure everything was okay. Evaluated additional work that needs to be done in my house.

Brandon did an excellent and quality job! He was very punctual, professional and responsive. He stayed in contact with me leading up to my appointment and arrived on time. I HIGHLY recommend Brandon.

I bought an Angie's list Kitchen Faucet Install deal for $79 with this company. Brandon (owner) called me an hour or two after my on-line purchase to schedule a time to do the install. On the day of the install I met Brandon at the property with the new faucet in hand. It turned out the faucet that I purchased was damaged and could not be installed. At this point, Brandon could have left for another job or charged me extra to wait, but he insisted that I go out and pick up a new faucet and he would wait for me and install it as originally planned. He stayed for over an hour to complete the job and honored the purchased Angie's Deal. Great customer service - will use Brandon again!

I purchased a special deal to replace leaky bathroom faucet which was corroded. I have a vessel sink with 2 handle faucet which is hard to find.In fact, after going to home improvement stores Lowes & Home Depot, I was unsure which faucet might work due to faucet requiring 2 handles, being wide set, and needed height and depth due to vessel sink inset in vanity. I do not drive, so Brandon agreed to check faucet I have, drive me to store, install and charge for the extra time in addition to paid special deal to install. He charged me $40 in addition to the deal. Very reasonable.

This issue has been going on for weeks and each time I contacted a plumber to fix it or atleast figure out where this leak is coming from still no result. I contacted Brandon on wednesday and promise to come look at it today at 930AM. Brandon came to the premises few minutes before 930AM and I was not there, sincerely I was shocked that he would be there before since most people give you time and they dont show up. Brandon coming out today was to inspect the job and give me quotation, he took me to the floor above where the leak is coming from and I asked one of my tenant to pleasegrant him access to their bathroom and behold Brandon pulled a cover behind the tub and there was water everywhere. All this time when the second turn their showers on not knowing the pipe leading to their tub is all rusted and most of the water are finding their way downward. Brandon decided to go to the store get the materials immediately telling me he cant leave the situation like this and if I dont mind he wants to go ahead and fix it, I said by all means and I was so glad he came went to the store got the materials needed fixed everything, also one of the tenant complained to me that her door wont close Brandon unscrewed the door and put it into place also at no charge. Brandon services this morning is something to behold and cherish. Not only he will continue to do any job I have am glad also to have him as a friend.

He provided advice about other repairs I plan to make, and I would definitely hire him again. He was thorough, professional, and friendly.

We will definitely use Brandon Nagle (A-1 Handyman and Home Plumbing Services) again! He responded the day I called him and came over the very next day to cut free and remove a huge cast iron radiator in my garage which was delaying a big masonry project. Another plumber had turned me down and said it would be impossible to do. I asked Brandon a few other plumbing questions about future projects and could tell by his responses that he knows a lot about the plumbing field, as well as other areas. He has a refreshing "can-do" attitude, and the skills and knowledge to back it up. I am often in need of both Handyman and plumbing services and am delighted with finding this provider on Angie's List.

It went as well as expected. I had only two other reviews to go by but both of them gave him excellent marks. He was punctual... jHe had 99.44% of what he needed for the job... He done a clean job....cleaning up after himself.... I want to give more compliment to him and his job but I'm bad with words.... All in all....I'd hire him without hesitation.... I live in Roxborough and if anyone is looking for a good "Handyman"...don't look anyfurther.... Roxborough Ed....

Perfectly. Brandon showed up exactly when he said he would, often offered a few options if there was a more affordable and safe way to consider, and he usually finishes a little faster than estimated. I always get at least 3 estimates, his is still consistently at least 30% less and he is a fast, meticulous worker. The amount I save not waiting around is priceless too.

For this specific review I listed out Brandon's most recent work at my house. However Brandon has done a few jobs for me and my parents over the years and he has always showed up on time, was polite, gave a free estimates, and performed the work to a high quality standard. I highly recommend his services.
