Description of Work: Excellent service and super punctual. Very quick and cleaned up after he finished. I had a toilet install that was in a very tight space that he installed with minimal effort. Will be using him again for future projects.

Description of Work: Brendan's team replaced 2 radiator pipes going through the foundation as well as a drain line going through the foundation as well. The workers were very professional and prompt. The job was done to perfection! I will be using A1 in the future for many more projects.

Description of Work: They caulked around the bathtub. The work was satisfactory. The guy was friendly and punctual. He left a little bit of a mess but that's my only complaint.

Description of Work: Emergency situation under my kitchen sink. Water had leaked all over the floor. Brandon came right over, after rearranging his appointments for the morning and replaced garbage disposal. Did an excellent job. Appreciated his friendliness while he was performing the work, but most of all appreciated his accommodating my needs and alleviating my concerns. I will definitely use Brandon again for an emergency service, or any other services he is able to do in my home.
